Went in last night because the 3rd one broke and I was told they could only be replaced once and I had already replaced 3. Explained that this is not what we were told when originally purchased the item but, she insisted those were the rules. Feels like we were taken advantage of just to make a sale on a low quality product. Would have never purchased these low quality items knowing I could only exchange once. Really disappointed and will not be returning.

Fantastic customer service in a place I never expected it to come from! The establishment was put together well with a great flow to the store and adequately stocked. I had found everything I was looking for in a short period of time. The employees who were currently working at the time even gave me a few good (hometown) spots I should stop in by like local restaurants and parks. I will be stopping by many times in the future when I am in the area!

A regular 24 pack of Poland spring and the guy says "$13.50." Are you serious? For a 3$ case of water at the grocery store? I understand the "convenience fee" but what a price gouge. Don't give this place money. It just tells them that shit like this is ok to do to people. Place looks like it's on its last legs anyway. Just put it out for good

I was always one person who tends to clean up after I've smoked & besides the people who run the place asked me to please do so & that's certainly not a problem with me anyway. Good value & with no tax on cigars again winner, winner, winner, chicken dinner. And let me tell you....after spending less than 5 minutes in the shop, I can totally see why. This dude is totally approachable, knowledgeable as hell about all his products, and best of all....super chill. I was in the market for a good, solid, reliable vape. Not only does this place have a decent selection complete with color choice. This store's prices are very competitive. I considered getting a vape online somewhere, but then remembered shipping charges are a thing. Plus, it's always better to buy local whenever you can. Originally going in for only a vape pen, I decided to get a second one for when I'm on the go (which is always, apparently). That's how good Mike is. Not that he really had to talk me into anything. But it was like....such an inviting atmosphere, that it encouraged me to toss even more money his way than I had originally intended. It's all for a good cause though. Btw....you get a $5 discount for Yelp check-ins at this store. You're welcome. Only thing I don't like about this shop is the location. Not that it's really anyone's fault here. But the road and town it sits in feels...I dunno...cramp. You'll likely almost pass the place on first approach, too...mostly because it sits on a corner with no parking lot. I had to park across the street at CVS and walk over. Traffic situation is cramp like sardines in a can. Still, I'd come back here before trying to order anything online. Also, they take Apple Pay (and probably Google, too. I'm not sure..)! And any place that has contactless payment automatically gets bonus kudos from yours truly.
