Went in there and purchased 3 vape pens about a year ago. Was sold on these particular pens because they employee let us know they had a LIFETIME guarantee due to them being not the best quality, the sales rep said not to worry though because if they break you can just bring it back and return it. Went in last night because the 3rd one broke and I was told they could only be replaced once and I had already replaced 3. Explained that this is not what we were told when originally purchased the item but, she insisted those were the rules. Feels like we were taken advantage of just to make a sale on a low quality product. Would have never purchased these low quality items knowing I could only exchange once. I haven' t had a cigarette since June 26th and The Vapor Station is a major reason why. One of my best friends had been a smoker for about a decade and was up to a pack of American Spirits a day. A few months ago he started vaping. He seamlessly made the transition and hasn't gone back to cigarettes since. The parking is not the best, but if you are at all familiar with city parking you will have no problem. The inside of the store is very nice. It feels comfortable and familiar, even your first time there. Dave was behind the counter and he was extremely helpful. He explained the basics of vaping and let me sample as many flavors of liquid as I desired. I was 100% new to it all, but he knew exactly how to guide me to certain flavors, brands and hardware that would be more specific to my direct needs (quitting cigarettes). I bought the iTaste VV electronic vaporizer with a purple glass liquid chamber and I paid $5 extra for a pink mouthpiece. All that said, I will be an extremely loyal customer to The Vapor Station. The options of different liquids, accessories and the customer service are superior. I love the Virgin Vapor line of liquid because it is organic and that specific company is much more transparent when it comes to their ingredients. Place seemed nice when I went in. Explained I was new to vaping to the person behind the counter and was sold a 60ml bottle of e-juice that expires in 2 days. Didn't realize to check before opening it and now they won't take it back, a day later. I know it won't kill me but that's extremely unprofessional that they sold a bottle so close to expiration date and wouldn't honor an exchange, let alone refund. I definitely will not be going back. Great customer service. They did not upsell me or guide me to anything over what I was familiar with. They made me feel very comfortable and taught me how to set up and use my device before sending me on my way. I had previously gone to another local store that had a very uncomfortable feel to it that left a bad taste in my mouth on vaping as a whole. So I'm torn on this place, juice prices are decent to good and have a good selection, but everything else is insanely marked up. Don't get me wrong, I know B&M stores are going to mark up some, I get that. Yet some mods/tanks were marked up double what you could find online and even other B&M shops in the Boston area! To the point where it was almost insulting to anyone who even halfway knew about general pricing for some items. To put it in perspective, a 20 watt istick which normally sells online for $35 and $45 in other Boston B&M's respectively, sells for $75 here... On a positive note, the gentleman who helped me was nice and seemed knowledgeable. He helped me with some suggestions on juice and overall seemed to know what he was talking about so thumbs up there. Overall, they have a great selection of juice and hardware, but the mark-ups on hardware are just too crazy. I might stop in for juice again in the future as they carry liquids from a wide range of vendors, but I don't plan on buying hardware from there ever. read more

Unacceptable level of markup. Sold me a starter kit at $80 that is available direct from manufacturer for $40 and sold $30 or less at other online stores. Yes a premium is to be expected at B&M store, but 100% or more? Does not seem to make sense. On the positive side, staff did explain the gadget in detail. The markup on the e-liquid was not as obsene, but they did not have the first two choices in stock or offer anything to try out. read more

Great selection of devices and juices. I'm not a clone guy because I like quality and I don't hate people for buying them because the funds arent always there but the prices are ridiculous. Great people and very friendly but roughly $22 for a 15ml is outrageous when I can go to another shop and get 4 times the amount for $8 more. Best vape shop around. Not only does the staff usually remember your face (which is a rarity these days) but they always greet you with a friendly remark (or cloud of sweet smelling aroma followed by a friendly remark) and ask how they can help you. Now i understand that's what companies are supposed to do, BUT, when they ask "how can I help you?" they actually know how to help you, unlike a few other shops I've been too. I purchased coils for my Atlantis 2 but only run a 30W MOD (I know, I'm working on up) but I accidentally grabbed .3ohm coils. Now a 30w eleaf won't fire a ..3ohm coil for safety reasons because well .3's are meant for 70-80w. I kindly asked if I could come in and switch them out and they said absolutely (granted i didn't open any of them or scratch off Aspire's authenticity code; which I actually stopped doing with this store because they don't sell clones. I've bought clones before and what a miserable experience that was, but when you walk into VaporStation in Woburn you'll be sure to get what you need for a pretty reasonable price. Now i understand some people think they're prices are outrageous, but those are the same people that go on eBay and look for the same MOD. Sure you'll find a $100.00 MOD on eBay for maybe $35-50, but I bet it's either A. Refurbished (not new), B. defective, or C. used. I stand by VaporStation and come from Waltham to go there because they helped me start vaping, and I trust them. How many places can you say that about? read more

Honestly i really wish i could say more good things than bad, but this place overall was a huge disappointment. Let me start off by saying they do have a huge selection, better than any ive seen in the greater Boston area, but the good ends there. This place marks up there inventory an astronomical amount, at first i thought it was a mistake. If you are thinking about buying a mod or any type of quality vaporizer please PLEASE take your business elsewhere. After purchasing at quality vape from another local shop for $65.99 i came in here to grab some juice and saw the same exact product for $110.00 I understand it is one of the few shops around but if you know what you want and know what kind of juice you enjoy, just buy online. If you have the patience just wait and even if you pay overnight delivery it'll be cheaper than these guys. They seem like okay people but do not know how to run a honest business. I can respect the hustle but i wont partake in lt. If you want a bottle of juice you're gonna pay more but its an inexpensive product, but even if you want a mini kanger tank expect to pay $20.00+ and not receive any extra coils.
