okay here it goes today is may 9th 2026. i had contacted…read moreevery rv repair for the ac in this trailer everyone in pahrump and even las vegas no one but no one could come out in a timely fashion. i couldn't even tell you how i ran across rv doctor yesterday i called her and said my dog had gotten an accident and i don't think she's going to make it she's boiling in this trailer and she's barely hanging on as it is. the lady's name was jill she is beyond amazing she actually comforted me which who does that in today's world ???? and then it was amazing she said don't worry i will take care of you. i felt something inside me saying this woman is for real. jill said drive to the trailer and call me . as i was in town yesterday so i drove back and jill said go ahead turn on the ac unit she listened to the loud noise and said i'm going to say it sounds like the fan. next thing i knew jill said i will have someone out there first thing in the morning . i really couldn't believe it i had called everyone i could call in pahrump in las vegas. couldn't even get phone calls returned. yet this company not only responded she helped in trying to comfort me, to allow me to drive back here in the evening and call her after working hours so she could listen to this ac. then saying i'll have someone there in the morning and did amazing if they don't get a straight five star review i'm going to be upset 4.9 is not good enough!!!!!! a man by the name of manny came out lickety split he fixed it did not try to gouge me did not try to upsell me just fix the fan. the ac works great once again !!!!! jill was right. how grateful am i . i can't even tell you if my little dog could talk i am sure she would write her own reviews literally saved my dog's life. people as far as i'm concerned there's only one company worth using and it's rv doctor and that is the honest to god's truth !!!!!!!! so to you jill and to you mannie the biggest thank you, god bless you you stepped into my life not knowing you and truly made a change i have faith in humanity again!!!!! nita crisp danielson

He attempted to walk us through how to get the door to close and stay shut but it involved a lot of strength that neither my husband nor myself have. We had to vacate our RV space by 11am. Manny showed up and got it taken care of immediately and we were on our way in record time. Best of all he did not charge us for a service call or for his time. We highly recommend them and we will be using their services if needed when we visit the area again.

When I drove our RV…read moreback to our home in Amargosa Valley, after getting our brakes, routers and ABS System replaced, I noticed when I braked that I vered to the right, also the ABS light would not go out. Supposedly the mechanic at this shop wasn't going to pay for a computer to clear such codes either. I told this to my husband and at the time he didn't want to take it back since they already had it at the shop for a week or so. Later on down the road we took our RV to Reno, obviously the brakes were not going to fix themselves and even though my husband cleared the code for the ABS, it still stayed on. I called back a few times to get our RV in but something always came up on our side and couldn't make it in. Finally I called back, we weren't busy, nothing outstanding and asked if it was OK to bring in our RV, and she said sure. A few months ago, I spoke with Rhonda and she informed me she was training someone to take her spot, she was going to retire, and when I did call and found out that it was fine to bring the RV in, we did. When we rolled up we noticed how slammed they were with RVs in their lot, we spoke to the mechanic, told him the issue, that it was warranty work etc, he was good with that, and as we were departing he asked if we were in a rush, we were, but we weren't. I called after a week when our RV hadn't budged and asked about the status, the lady indicated they got slammed "all of a sudden" with a/c issues and they were emergencies. We have a camera on top of the roof of our RV and to be honest, I never saw anything different from when we dropped it off to when i went to talk to this lady at the office. When I went in to talk to her, I asked very kindly if someone could keep me abreast with what is going on with my RV, and she told me someone will. When Rhonda was running this office, she would either email me or call me, plus, she would know how busy they were and give me the best time to bring in my rig, since we live a fair piece away. This person that Rhonda hired to "take over" her job is useless....Our rig sat in their parking lot for 3 weeks without it beig looked at, and when my husband called the monday morning before picking it up, the lady told him that nobody had looked at it and all the workers had walked out. I can't say that I am surprised, when I walked into that office all they were doing were sitting on their asses and talking to one another. I DO NOT recommend anyone to take their RV there because they don't work on warranty work, and the mechanic they had there before that did the job on our RV, did a shitty job! We are going to find a Ford dealership to fix their work and sending them the bill. We payed over $4,000 for this work, and for them not to back up their work is shitty and irresponsible. Rhonda would of not let this happen. Very unhappy customer.

I explained what was going on with my coach. we went out to show her my problem. Both tag axles shown oil leakage. We return to the office and was offered anything to drink. She left the office and got a tech to look at my coach's issue. The tech removed both hub caps and found both Hub Oil Reservoirs "Over Serviced". He drained both reservoirs to the proper level and found both the Hub Reservoir's Nuts loose. He re-tq'ed both Hub Reservoir Nuts, cleaned the Hub Caps and area of the oil leakage and returned my coach fixed. Lesson learned from this; i had my tires replaced last year and i found out by other Tag axle owners that most tire shops techs will service the Tag Axle Reservoir hubs and always "Overservice them". In the meantime, i discovered that my wallet was lost, so I thought! I and the young lady looked everywhere. I got ahold of my wife and had her look at home, well, i left home without it. Both the service adviser and the owner were very gracious, polite and were convince that i must have left it home. I did as my wife confirmed. Anyways, i highly recommend Top Notch for RV repairs. they specialize in big trucks, RV's and diesel motors. BTW, i spent more time looking for my wallet, than the tech took to repair my coach.

Travelling enroute to California, our RV was having power issues just outside Vegas, and after…read morechecking all the so-called "great" reviews, we decided to get towed to the Auto Medic location in Henderson. First off, they're not 24 hours. We had to wait overnight at their shop to be seen. They performed a diagnostic, which took several hours, as the tech had to keep asking "Siri" about the engine, and how to perform certain tests. HUH?! They finally determined that our fuel injectors were toast, and as they couldn't just get parts for it, they would all need to be rebuilt. A couple of weeks and about $10,000 they said! They suggested we stay at an RV Park and they would come out the next day to start the process of removing the fuel injectors. Well, they didn't call, didn't show. But it was a damn good thing. We got the name of a recommended RV Service Centre in Vegas and took it there for their diagnostic. Nothing wrong with our engine or the fuel injectors. Just a sensor miscommunication. An absolute nightmare was averted because they didn't bother to show up. Thank God. They were ready to outright scam us on this "problem". If they took those injectors out, we'd still be there. After getting the all-clear from a reputable company, we continued on.. eventually driving over 6,000 miles without a fuel injector problem. They do not know what they are doing .. stay away!!! Especially if you're RVers passing through. They will take you $$$$.

I went today to torque my lug nuts on all four wheels and the new axle was a little bit loose as expected, but the front axle where I was supposed to have bearings repacked was a solid as the last time I torqued it. does not appear that work was done that I was charged for.

While they're not cheap they do provide a reasonable value for the money, plus they are super busy. They welded two Reese hitch mounts to the back of my fifth wheel camper for attachment of a device. Most of the work was done in the shop, prior to actual installation. Installation was finished within 45 minutes of backing up to their door. Very professional and fast job, highly pleased. The only issue I had was scheduling, but think that was a misunderstanding on my part. They had me bring in trailer on one day, I thought to do the welding. It was just to measure for parts and material. Then had to go back another day and get it welded. Think just a misunderstanding of the process from my point of view. They also didn't paint the bare metal, which is ok, just a small step to be done. Highly recommend this business. Quality work, quality people, extremely happy.
