The work they did do was adequate except one of my tailgate support straps was missing and the replacement silverado placard is lifting off the tailgate already. They knocked money off what I owed for breaking the window but the whole experience was a freaking nightmare, and I had to come up with a repair myself for the canopy due to them being unable to replace the window. If you do use this place, plan on doing all the communicating.

The first red flag was when I had to tell staff to watch a YouTube video explaining how to lower the car using the factory adjustment bolts. While the car was there, they diagnosed an issue with my exhaust cutouts and recommended a repair kit. After installation, the kit immediately scraped on normal roads and started malfunctioning within a week. I returned the car multiple times, willing to pay for whatever was needed to properly fix the problem. Instead, the issue got worse, additional vibration noises developed, and I received conflicting explanations every time. The biggest problem was communication. My car sat at the shop for three weeks, and I constantly had to contact them for updates. Most communication was handled through text messages, and weeks would pass without anyone reaching out to me. When owner Brandon later accused me of speaking poorly to his staff, I was shocked. The only thing I was doing was trying to find out what was happening with my car because nobody was communicating with me. As a customer whose vehicle had been sitting there for weeks, I believe I had every right to ask for updates. After three weeks, I was suddenly told that additional exhaust modifications were needed, something that was never mentioned in the beginning. Why it took multiple visits and weeks of delays to discover this remains a mystery. The final insult was the condition of my car when I got it back. I delivered it fully detailed and specifically asked that it be kept indoors if stored overnight. After sitting there for weeks, it was returned filthy, covered in dirt, hard water spots, and environmental damage. When I expressed concern, I was told, "This is Pahrump." To make matters worse, while I was waiting to pick up my car, another customer in a gray Dodge pickup was loudly arguing with the staff over similar problems, which I partially videoed. Watching that interaction only confirmed that I wasn't the only customer experiencing serious issues with communication, workmanship, and customer service. I actually wanted to speak with the gentleman because he was describing many of the same frustrations I had been dealing with. I was trying to support a local business and keep my money in the community, but that decision ended up costing me time, money, and frustration. I am a 58-year-old man and have never written a Yelp review before. This is my first one. That alone should say something about how strongly I feel about this experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ross Speed Shop. Poor communication, questionable workmanship, repeated failed repair attempts, excessive delays, and a lack of accountability made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

About two weeks ago while on a drive in my RV, a large class A motorhome I took a hit off of a…read morespeeding big rig and broke both my front windshields. I searched the internet for reliable windshield replacement company that specialized in RV's. Remembering I had seen a Youtube video from the RVGeeks on replacing their windshield I found a re-watched that video - several times. They highly recommended Wilkinson Glass. I also searched RV forums and Wilkinson Glass was mentioned favorably several times and they had one 5 star review here on Yelp. I contacted Wilkinson Glass and talked directly with Michael Wilkinson and I was impressed enough with our conversation about his procedures that I selected his company. They once I informed my insurance company of my selection, they communicated and then I scheduled my install. This part was the only hiccup, scheduling with a company that is mobile and currently going from a job in Las Vegas to San Diego and then another in the L.A. took a few calls, but Mike always kept me up to date on his travels. Additionally, Thanksgiving got in the way since that was the week after the incident. On the day of the repair, Mike and crew - family members, arrived and began work. I was very impressed at the professionalism and team work. They removed the two old windshields, cleaned my dash and prepped the area removing some rust and applying a rust inhibitor. The new glass which is made in America, was put in after a bead of sealant and then all outer seals reinstalled. The the glass was cleaned, and the area swept and vacuumed. The repair is beautiful, with glass made for my Winnebago Journey including the Winnebago name and part numbers etc. Paperwork consisted of my insurance card info, and a check for the deductible. They are handling the rest with the insurance company. I could not be happier with results, Mike and team were highly professional and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Wilkinson Glass of Stockton, CA. They are mobile and cover California, Nevada, Arizona, and Parts of Washington and Oregon.

I've had great interactions with NextGen, the owner is super…read moreknowledgeable and knows exactly what needs to be done to take parts like the crank shaft of my SR20DET and to cut its pin diameter down to the correct size which will erase the damage on the surface then polishing it up to a mirror finish. In the past I have had Fultz machine in Las Vegas do all the machine work on a 10,000$ engine build and I trusted Fultz to machine my crank shaft and after I assembled the engine it LASTED 40 MINUTES idling and some driving around the block checking Temps making sure it wasn't leaking then 40 min and it was knocking and ripping it's bearings out of its bottom end... the point is it takes EXTREME competence to do machine work, Fultz said when I realized he didn't get my crank shaft nearly smooth enough (that was my first crank that wasn't new) so the not very shiny finish when they handed me the (fake polish job crank) crankshaft was "some engine just come apart even tho everything new and right" NO THEY DO NOT, I didn't know Those years ago that it ALWAYS HAS TO BE A MIRROR finish on a crankshaft, I assumed it was like when you have brake rotors turned there smooth but after you use them they become like a mirror, NOPE AND everything besides the block, cam, and pistons were destroyed 7,000$ parts and labor in 40 min... and Fultz machine las Vegas said it happens.... So I'm lucky to have found NextGen, NO ONE WILL tell you engine just don't work sometimes because unless someone doesn't do there job right either machining or assembly THEY DO WORK EVERY TIME, parts can fail over time or unexpectedly but that's not what i went through years ago, I will NEVER trust engine builds / engine components to ANY other shop.

They are responsibly priced, they do great work, and they communicate!!! So very pleased with their hard work and results! No need to look any further, these are the guys you need. I'm going to establish a once a month maintenance with them, maybe once every month and a half.
