Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. Oh my here we go! And on top of it, your stuck at work and awaiting a tow truck . What happened? For whatever reason it needs to be towed? It's panic mode . Let's not freak that makes it worse! The phone is great and assuming based on my area of my city this tow truck company came up. After all the calls were made the instructions were it's going to be 45 minutes to get to my location with the truck . We always have to keep faith alive. It was less than the quoted time. Pit bull Towing you saved my Friday! Thank you. Then we could not get the car to behave the driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept everything calm and had lots of patience . The driver dropped the vehicle at the dealership and followed all the instructions given to him. When making a credit card payment you have to call the office and give it to them over the phone, so easy ! Whew, all is well and the next day with this company's business plan and everything running smoothly the car was ready the next morning. Would highly recommended this company anytime. He gave me the proper info and said that based off of what I described to him, it sounded like I just needed to burp the system since I had just added a bunch of coolant to my vehicle. Justin, the owner, said his business was just as backed up, but if I wasn't getting any answers from anybody in the little while to call him, and he would try and rearrange some of his drivers to help me. He did just that and because of a technical issue involving all wheel drive, which required a flat bed truck, the driver who initially came out, took me home anyway, and then they sent a flatbed truck to my car a few hours later! Was supposed to be here 2pm kept calling they were giving me different times, finally the driver called me and said it will take them another 2 hours so 4 hours in I don't even have somebody on the way ! Costumer service is the worst, a guy picked up the phone with so much attitude! Then I tried to call again and he did block my phone number! Absolutely unacceptable in costumer service!
