I recently had my Dodge Journey repaired after a costly accident. I must say Larry was awesome. He was courteous friendly and very professional. Dwayne was the most helpful. Between the two of them (as well as the tech) they were able to repair the damage to it's original condition. It was extremely important to have the vehicle repaired for my wife to use as our primary vehicle. They came through with flying colors (no pun intended). After working with them and feeling like it was not repairable they managed to succeed. They crunched the numbers and made it possible. I certainly appreciate the effort. The only competent , qualified auto body repair shop in Pahrump that treats you like a valued customer and with respect. I wouldn't recommend anyone else because I've heard just too many stories about horrible jobs done by other shops. In fact before I found these guys, I had such an experience unfortunately. They will handle everything with the insurance company, they do a good job, and they are fair, honest, & trust worthy. A real gem in Pahrump. This review is late in being posted but nothing has changed with this business, they are great people. One last thing, I discovered just because a shop has a lot of good reviews on Google Maps it doesn't necessarily mean they are a good shop, but if they also have good reviews on Yelp I figure they're good, bad shops aren't usually on Yelp anyway. Took my car here years ago. Work was amazing. This time not so much. Body work was done well. Paint job wasn't done well at all. Pop marks. Swirl marks. Reassembling of molding of the inside of the door was done right. And lifting in several different spots. Quality control seems to be the thing of the past.
