I have been getting Luminary gel by Teagan for several months now. Teagan is detail oriented which is very important to me because I am picky! The Luminary process is a bit lengthy, ~1.5 hrs, but worth it. Luminary stays longer than traditional gel and is better on my nails than the dip I used to get. The salon itself is clean and the staff very professional and the cost is reasonable as well. They have a specific cancellation policy be sure to fully understand the implications of cancelling an appointment before you book. I use the Vagaro app and it works perfectly for me. The salon offers many types of nail services and I impressed with the options. I've yet to get a pedicure but plan to when the weather warms. I've seen some serious nail art while there and it would appear that they do a great job of it as well. I highly recommend the salon and Teagan! read more

I have had many nail appointments here over the years. Most were just fine. Today I had a tech with an awful attitude who claimed there is no cuticle work done for an express manicure... even though it clearly states that cuticle work is part of this service on their menu of services. I mentioned this to her and she just brushed it off. I mention this at the time of payment and they said they'll make sure staff is aware of what a service includes, going forward, agreeing with me. But they didn't change me for a lesser service (polish change) so that doesn't exactly help me! Generally they always seem extremely stressed to stay within very tight time frames (I think my service was like 18 minutes) and kind of churning people out as quickly as possible. read more

I had one bad experience here, then went back and had another. The first time, I scheduled a manicure and pedicure a month or two in advance. A few days before my appt, I cancelled the pedicure. The morning of my appt, I got a call, wanting to make sure that I knew my tech was out of town and I didn't have a manicure that day. Why would I know that? My manicure was still scheduled. After the person seeming annoyed, she said they could "squeeze me in" at my appt time. As a result, I spent the same amount of money on a manicure they rushed in half the time. The second time, manicure and pedicure scheduled again. The manicure was fine, not great. Had some lumps in the gel. They scheduled my manicure and pedicure an HOUR apart... so they told me to go shop or something? I came back at my appt time and my tech was just starting someone else's manicure. On top of that, one of the other techs looked at my appt and asked why they took off time from my appt slot. They were still going to charge the same though! The salon was supposed to close 30 min after my appt, and the tech was just going to rush me, so I told them to cancel that. Overall, their scheduling is terrible and their customer service needs to improve. I won't be returning. read more

Hey Yelpers, I'll give you a quick rundown of my service here on June 29, 2025. Cleanliness: OMG so super clean and organized. The desks always seem clean and sanitized between customers. Friendliness: Initial impression was, wow the staff are super friendly and inviting. I didn't have to wait long for a walk in and that was amazing! Nail service: My servicer was a woman named Mako. She was very communicative but unskilled in shaping or filing nails. She initially started filing my nails and they were crooked (pinky and thumb) so I told her not to file the sides just the top. She removed the layer of gel from the top and left some gel on my middle finger that I asked to be removed. She said no because she didn't want to damage my nail, so new gel substance was placed over old gel material on my nail. I began to explain how I didn't like how the other nail she put on my hand seemed to be very high in the center and can we make sure they were all very flat. She explained that no one else complained about it and that was the way it was supposed to be. I explained that I do many things with my hands and just want to make sure the nails don't break, that they were strong. She said again it never happened to anyone else so I'll be fine. I communicated very forwardly during my visit and she went to the back for about ten minutes saying she would be right back. Imagine my surprise at the wait time. My nails are snagging on shirts, pants, LOL. Checkout: Went to checkout to pay and was told by Mako that my receipt was in my email and that she emailed it. That was a COMPLETE LIE. I had to turn around and go back to ask them for a receipt, which I think it might have been her boss who eventually sent to me. Overall some statements Mako said bothered me: "no one else ever said anything" "I don't like using all these nail terms most don't understand" I was complimenting another nail tech on the quality of her skills in cleaning cuticles she said "if you keep coming consistently yours will look like that" "I just don't understand, I don't get it" after repeatedly asking her to serve my hands the way I wanted. "Even if you don't come back please message me on Instagram and let me know how it goes." A few days later my whole nail comes off and my pinky nail split in half- damage I told her would happen if the nail wasn't strong enough. My pinky throbs when I touch anything. Went back to the shop and she told them she didn't want to do a removal for me. No, she didn't speak to me directly like any servicer would, she spoke around me. I even called her number and she told me - "you called my personal number" - in my mind I was thinking yeah you gave it to me. Overall, I'm laughing more than anything. I'm hoping her service improves. read more

I did my first luminary gel manicure with Lisa, and she was wonderful! Quick to check me in, and very sweet. The place is spacious and clean, with nice music. I am a habitual nail picker, but even with some shorter nails, Lisa made mine look amazing. If I lived in the area I'd be coming back often!! read more

Unfortunately my appointment on Friday 12/30/2022 never happened because my nail tech was 25 mins behind and still not done with previous client. Others with appointments after mine were taken for their services while I sat. No refreshments. No TVs. Just sitting there with no communication until I said what is up with a 25 min wait? And then they're like oh well she's almost done - if she's not setting up the pedi chair by now, we are done with the appointment. She was still actively working on the client. Honestly just get an iPad to check people in if you aren't going to have front desk manage the schedule. It's a waste of everyone's time. No communication after that encounter from a manager, no response from calling it out on social media. Only after contacting via Vagaro did the owner respond. Nothing but excuses. Oh sure gave me a free pedi that I had booked but like.. how do I know the appointment is going to happen? Owner and manager abandons the business on the supposedly the busiest day with two poorly trained front desk folks? What else don't you train well on?? Oh and owner admitted to me that they overbooked the day. So blatantly their fault as she said there were no walk ins.. then how are you that far behind????? read more

Such a cute studio! Love the atmosphere and the fact that a chemically smell doesn't smack you in the face when you walk in. Everyone is super nice and helpful, and all seem talented! They have SO many color options it's crazy. But that's always a plus to me! Pedicure bowls have no jets built INTO them (still bubbly jet feel) which usually makes for a more sanitary pedicure. Nope. I don't like anything about this place. You have to have an appointment. That's annoying. The super basic fast mani is $28 and they don't even do a good job. I did have a hang nail but instead of clipping it off, she clipped around It and made it bleed. The floor was dirty. The girl who worked on my daughter clipped her skin several times and would say "oh shit. Hope that didn't hurt too bad". The services took way too long. I will not be back here. read more

I got the deluxe milk and honey. It was 72 after tax. Compared to other salons this place is subpar. I like the hot towel that was cool but they really don't scrub your feet very well or take off dead skin. It was really like a foot rub with paint. Overall just expensive for a ehh service. Right when I got there it was my first time and the person I scheduled with asked if it would be okay if she did the pedicure and someone finished because she had another client. Overall I would rate this salon 3.5, not terrible but not my best nail salon experience. Cute salon though. I took a chance to try a new place after a disappointing experience at my usual salon. I made an appointment online which is a nice feature, easy enough. Shortly after the salon called me to say they had someone call in sick, and asked if I could move my appointment back (to 1.25 hours before close), and they would do my gel manicure and signature pedicure at the same time instead of one after the other, okay not a big deal. When I arrived they checked me in promptly but seemed to think there were 2 people getting 1 service each and were slightly flustered when I explained that I was receiving both services. A few minutes later my nail techs came over to greet me and ask what I wanted on my nails. When I said French on my toes, the tech explained that was an add-on service (which I was totally willing to pay the extra for) and there wasn't enough time to do that so to pick a solid color, bummer but okay. Similarly when I showed a picture of what I wanted on my nails, (not a super complicated design, some wavy lines on 2 accent nails) my manicurist's response was, "we'll see how much time we have once we remove your dip polish" --umm okay? The services themselves were okay, though she nipped my cuticle on my pedicure and made it bleed. My manicurist, Macy did do a pretty good job on my nails, she was sweet to talk to and went the extra mile to find me color options for the design I wanted, which was nice. Overall my nails turned out adequate, and close to the design I wanted, but both the polish on my fingers and toes was a little bumpy/not smooth for my liking, and required some extra filing when I got home, though I am picky about my nails. All said and done I ended up paying $150 including tip for my services, including the up-charges for the design on my nails and removal of old polish. Like I said, not terrible but I would probably only go back in a pinch. read more

This cute location on Hamilton Road is harder to access coming from the south so try to come from the north. They have a good amount of parking available which they share with other tenants in the strip mall. I scheduled my appointment online which was easy to access. I scheduled for Dip Manicure and they were ready for me on time which I appreciated. They have a variety of colors available. The artist was sweet and knew what she was doing. I did not receive a manicure though so the descriptions for the appointments are not accurate. She just added the dip polish and that was it. They also charge an additional $10 for removal of prior dip polish. I have been to many nail salons between Columbus and Atlanta and I have never seen a salon charge for change of polish/color for dip. For the Dip Manicure that wasn't a manicure plus the extra charge for dip removal along with time my bill was $69. This is extremely high in both the Columbus and Atlanta markets to not receive a manicure. You can get a removal and new dip for $45 w/o tip at the majority of shops and $55 for manicure so please do your research. I love the ascetic of this salon but the pricing just is not worth it for me. read more

Honey stepped up their game BIG time when it comes to COViD precautions. I honestly don't feel comfortable going anywhere else with the pandemic going on. They have plexiglass partitions, lots of space and all kinds of precautions to keep you safe. I've found over going back several more times that you really can't beat the pedicures here. They are worth every penny and it's worth it to go here rather than the cheaper options nearby! You can count on getting amazing service in a super fun and clean atmosphere. read more

We showed up with my daughter for an appointment, and were told the nail stylist was unable to see us due to a "hard stop" on her calendar. We were asked if we'd like to reschedule, but we could not due to a vacation a day away. No big deal, it happens. After leaving, they charged us a $77 cancellation fee, and when we called and questioned they said only ownership could reverse it. When I asked for contact information for ownership to get our money back, I was told that it seemed "threatening", and they hung up. BBB notified, Chargeback filed on the card, and Yelp review filed. I went to this business for a luminary manicure, the person who did my nails didn't remove the luminary from the previous manicure and my nails peeled within one week. I booked a pedicure in store and the appointment was not confirmed. I forgot about the appointment and was charge a full pedicure amount. When I called to speak to the manager in regards to the charge, I was told that it is policy and they have the policy online. I booked in store and was not told the policy for the cancellation. The manager informed me that someone "probably" told me the policy, which they didn't. The manager hung up on me and refused to address the problem. Horrible customer service and work! read more

I recently stopped in to the Honey Nail Studio and had a signature manicure and pedicure. I can honestly say that it has been by far the BEST experience in a nail studio I have ever had! Savannah B was my nail tech and did a phenomenal job to make my nails beach ready for an upcoming vacation! The location is adorable, clean, and extremely cute. I really like that they use natural products and that the pedicure bowls are prepped to be extremely sanitary from use to use. Te nail color selection was amazing and of the highest quality of product! The massage chairs were amazing! I highly recommend this salon, and even more specifically, Savannah B.
