I was…read moretold that any dress I saw in the magazines or on the floor could be ordered and delivered within 1-2 weeks. Based on that, my bridesmaids and I visited the shop once a week for three weeks, and each time we were reassured that dresses could be delivered quickly. On our final visit, we chose the dresses and placed the order. We were told again they would arrive within a week. When I called to check on the status, I was told it would be ready the following week. However, when one of my bridesmaids went into the store in person, she was told the dresses would actually take about a month and a half. Because of this sudden change, we had to scramble to find dresses elsewhere. When I called to request the measurements so we could order online, the staff member I spoke to had a very rude and dismissive tone. She told me, "These are my measurements, so you would need to pay $20," and became increasingly hostile during the call. When I tried to explain the situation and the inconvenience caused, she began yelling at us over the phone, saying it was "her time" for those measurements. After several minutes of being spoken to rudely, she finally gave us the measurements--but the entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and stressful, especially during what should be an exciting time planning a wedding. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the misleading information, lack of communication, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

I went in to rent a tuxedo and since the beginning the older women was already being rude and…read morerushing me to pick out the color I wanted and after I let her know which one I wanted she had asked me if I wanted it with shoes or without and I asked her how much more would it be if I got it with the shoes and she repeatedly told me that it's the same price so it wouldn't matter if I didn't get it so I got the tuxedo with the shoes since it would've been the same price and the day of pickup she just gave me the tuxedo and I had asked her coworker what about the shoes and she was their the day we placed the order and she even agreed that the older women said that it was going to come with shoes but the minute she went to ask her about it she said that it doesn't come with it because it wasn't in the order when she clearly stated that it would and then tried to charge me extra for the shoes that it's an additional fee to get it with shoes when she said from the beginning that it would be the same price and when I told her that even her coworker agreed with me that she clearly stated it would come with shoes no extra charge she all of sudden remembered and then started blaming me that I ordered it last minute which is why she couldn't place it but she said that I ordered it on time that it would come in early if anything and then when I told her that she was like you know why it's because it was so busy that day that I forgot when it was just me and another person it was not busy that day and then was like I will just give you the shoes that we have it should fit you I will not charge you extra but normally we do and then took me back to the register and said that I have to leave a $50 deposit and I told her that she never mentioned that and said that it was in the contract and showed me it but it didn't say that it said it will be an extra $50 each day that it is turned late and I told her and she was like oh well it is required to leave a $50 deposit when it's rented but that they will give it back when when it's returned so I asked if I can just cancel and get a refund because she kept coming up with last minute fees that she never mentioned but she didn't want to, would definitely recommend you don't go to this one, especially if you don't want to get scammed.
