5/5/23 - I went and picked up my gown last night, and it was perfect! Sara and Carmella again made me feel like a friend. I tried my gown on, felt so gorgeous looking in the mirror, and took it home on a nice sturdy hanger and a Something Bridal white bag. I chose to pay half upon purchase and the second half at pick up and both times, payment was super simple. I wanted to see the one in a bigger size to better picture it, so they were going to check in on that for me. If not, I was going to go back and try the other dress on to make sure it was right. I was then promptly ghosted. I gave it a month because it was December and the holidays, but then I followed up with 4 emails and 2 phone calls in January. I went to 5 different stores in LA (where I'm from). Small, medium, large. Cheap. Expensive. I looked into custom. Then I just let it all go and decided to check out this small boutique in the area I moved into ~7 months ago and had the best experience. Reanna is a real one. She is thoughtful, patient, kind, doesn't push or pressure, just helps. Her collection is gorgeous. So gorgeous my original problem was not finding any dress I loved, and here I found two I couldn't decide between until I got family and friends to help. Pricing? Insanely reasonable. Designers she works with? Super flexible. Vibe in boutique? Really relaxing. I'm looking forward to working with one of her seamstresses to alter the dress to fit me but my experience thus far has been really wonderful. If I had a friend getting married I would specifically bring them in from out of town to check out Something Bridal. Unfortunately (or fortunately lol) I only intend to do this once so I can't return to bug Reanna with my indecisiveness again I will add a picture from my wedding and additional commentary on the seamstress process in 7 months when it's all over! read more

Let it be known that COVID has definitely put a damper on brides and their subsequent experiences surrounding engagements, weddings, etc. BUT Reanna made my experience seriously so wonderful.
