You can't even go to her for any type of situation that you have with the hairstylist because she will just cuss at you and then block you and tell you to never hit her phone up again like she said to my mother what kind of professionalism is that? You should never speak to nobody's mother that way or just anybody in general she will also screenshot your messages that you sent to her and send them to the hairstylist and do who knows what with them she needs to learn to do a lot better. Someone contacted me about having my brows touched up so an appointment was set. I was instructed to send the $50 deposit to another number. Called the number to confirm it was the correct number, owner was irritated, red flag #1. Asked her how much more once deposit was paid, she was unsure stating she didn't know and explained her assistant contacted me, ok cool. Day of the appointment I'm unable to find location so I called her and again she's irritated, sends wrong address but I still find it and still arrive on time. Knock on the door to be let in, another employee working in front asks who I was there for, she told me to notify her I was there. Ok so I send a text letting her know I'm there, no answer. I then called and by now her voice is in yelling mode, she told me to let the front know I am there for her and they would let her know. At this point I explain to her I am inside the building but the girl in front told me to contact her, she told me she is busy with another client and hung up! At this point I'm like, do I want this angry bird microblading my brows???? I told it's ok, I will leave please refund my deposit. I let myself put the locked doors and waited. She comes to the front talking mess, rolling her neck and said no refund. I called the police, while waiting she walks out with the customer she had just finished at 140pm. When the police arrived she told them I was upset because I was late. I explained to the police and showed him the time she sent me the wrong address along with the time I actually arrived and text her which was on time for my appointment and also, how could I be worried about being late when she didn't finish with the person in front of me til 140pm??? ​ read more

The service I purchased was for 12 body contouring sessions for $900 something and saw zero results back in May-June 2024 (just noticed I had not sent the review). The business is ran very unprofessionally. There's no written contracts, so the terms of your payment due date changes depending on who I to and if there was one, I certainly didn't get a copy. I've canceled 3 times due to my work circumstances so the owner just decides to deduct one of my session and informed me during my next visit (which is fine but unprofessionally handled). When the esthetician leaves the room, the door is left open so anyone can look in. The company seems to hire the most inexperienced "estheticians" they can find. Interior looks and feels like one of those cheap massage places made to look "nice." Not to mention the kids hanging around like its daycare. Don't get me started about the owner who was sharing very personal details about her personal life on my first day of visit and no, I won't be sharing those details but definitely not going back. read more

It took Jessica (the owner) about 3 months to discover the one star review I posted. She then contacted me via text and began to harass me with various messages on my cell phone. She included a screenshot of my post and started her arrogant, abusive berating. I had to block her in order to stop her from continuing to harass me. Jessica is an amazing teacher!! I took her class in LA she is very detail oriented she answered all my questions. Her class is very organized with all the tools you need to be successful in your body sculpting business. Her academy will guide you thru techniques, procedures, sterilization business and marketing. Her Academy is worth every penny I came out her class with confident and ready to work. She is also a very good mentor once your done with your training she continues to keep up with your progress and helps you with all your needs to continue being successful. read more

Jessica at Venus was very knowledgeable and detailed in her instruction and teaching of the different techniques of bodybsculpting services. I took my class on the 21st and the 22nd of May. I was told beforehand that if I took my class this particular weekend, my machines would be in the first week of June. We are now on the 10th day of June, and I still haven't received my machines. Jessica told me when I reached out to her that it would be another 2 weeks to receive my machines. Also, I added the sauna blanket to my order on the 22nd of May, and I was told that I would receive it that following Friday. And here we are once again on the 10th of June, and I have none of my items. My deal is that when I reached out, I was asked why I was reaching out again. Jessica was very rude and unprofessional because I called her out on what she told me. I asked for a refund of the machines so that I could go and order them myself so that I could start my business on time. Jessica rudely stated that she doesn't give refunds, which would be understandable if she had the equipment on hand. I believe it was a lack of professionalism on Jessica's part in how she is handling this situation. I would like to compliment Liz Jessica's assistant because she called me back and was very calm and professional and was able to relay information over to me. Liz went above and beyond to assist me. COMPLEYELY unprofessional. Completely ruined my eyebrows and never fixed. She rushed getting them done, and I paid the price. Now I have to live with ugly gray looking thick eyebrows! This is nothing like I showed her. I specifically told her I did not want black but a dark brown color for my eyebrows that she microbladed. she assured me that she does not do black and they would be dark brown. WRONG! They were BLACK and thick and uneven. She was very rude to me after saying it was my fault I chose that color, and that I should have never chosen that color for my light skin color, why did she tell me that before she ruined my eyebrows!!! Now they have faded to an ashy gray color! So upset and heartbroken every time I look at them. I hope someone can fix them. read more

Location is nice and clean inside shes very attentive and does her work with professionalism and dedication to perfect her work. Explaining the whole procedure to me and making me feel very comfortable. I will surely keep returning for my face care.
