I went into this Ulta location to refresh my makeup. Upon entering the store I was greeted and…read moreasked if I needed help finding anything. I replied no thank you and continued to shop. I kid you not, they asked me about 15 times after that if I needed help. The answer was still no. Then associates walked and watched me so much that it made them uncomfortable. So, imagine how I felt. After we locked eyes for the umpteenth time, one worker even stated, "OMG, I promise I'm not stalking you, let me stop walking before you think I'm watching you". Now, I needed these products so I went ahead and checked out. My total was a little over $100 (drugstore products). I'm black and yes, that matters. Before walking out I waited to see if the workers were extremely helpful to a group of three white women who were also in the store. To no surprise, they weren't. They were able to shop without a worker in site. Needless to say, I did a return and won't be back. If you like being racially profiled, you'll love this location.
