bad flashing job over top of other bad flashing. Top left show metallic metal flashing they installed.

First of all... last year I had bad luck when their non English speaking workers were bending chimney flashing outward to install... I sent text photos to the owner who at first did not believe me..... to later come to the site and re do that and a couple other roof issues he did not like. That being said... we were too late to stop my mom in law from signing a contract for a new roof started 7/2017. Bella employees were like the ambulance chasers going door to door to scam insurance companies and "help" residents with so- called hail damage. With written instructions on how to get your homeowners insurance to pay..... they are too busy to do a good job. We have had nothing but issues at her house. From damages to landscaping, and poorly done flashing. Redone flashing was even done poorly like putting a band-ade on the first rows of flashing. Damage to wood shakes....aluminum fascia not correctly fitting... and not covering ends where there is bare wood, and more. Called the Bella owner who said he would stop over and said he would call first so we could point to problems..... NEVER HAPPENED! Matt Bell is the owner who later sent us a TEXT after making his secret trip to look at the workmanship. Beware of this company. They were really taking advantage of a 90 year old woman who is technically blind. While he admitted a flashing problem, we have no idea if he saw the other issues. With her eye problems, she have not read the contract...... the workers lied when they claimed she was pointing out things that needed fixed. She could not see the roof, or even what color it was. Bad business practices from a............. TO BUSY TO CARE BUSINESS ! Weeks of workers in and out, when this job should have been done in 2 to 2 and a half days. Still waiting to see what they are going to do. AVOID BELLA

Water clearly running behind gutter and in front of fascia.

Since we were in an emergency situation, Steve was able to assemble a crew quickly after their scheduled job and worked on our house tirelessly till about midnight and cleaned everything up and was super courteous. Steve and George came out on a Saturday to finish up trim work and putting in the screen door (had to wait for caulk to dry). Steve is unlike the other contractors I've worked with, he shows up and keeps his word and will be there till it's finished to customers satisfaction. Will definitely use him again if needed. In fact, we hired him to remove an old antenna bolted / screwed to the house already. Whether you are in an emergency situation or need some handyman work done, you can trust Steve with your project.

I got four estimates for replacing the whole damaged surface with new siding. It wasn't enough to justify raising my homeowner's insurance rate, so I was out of pocket. Bucco's wasn't the lowest bid, but it was near the lowest bid, and I felt like they were the most dependable and trustworthy option. I am very happy with my decision. They got all the work done in one day, it looks great, they cleaned up, and all the paperwork was online and automated. Timelines were reasonable and communication was excellent. They got the dumpster picked up early the next business day. I would hire Bucco's again.

I had them install a new roof and gutters on my house last summer. The roof wasn't leaking or having problems just getting old. I had 4" overhangs along the sides of the existing roof. When they were installing the new roof, they informed me that they don't usually do overhangs anymore and asked to remove them. They are the professionals not me so I said okay. In the winter I do get icicles on the dormer but have never had a problem with the water getting into the house. This winter I had a small amount of ice buildup, much smaller than in the past. Because the overhangs were removed the ice reached the fascia and water was able to get behind it and leak into the house. I contacted Buccos roofing and they sent someone to look at it. They said I needed to add a gutter along the dormer to try and keep the ice from getting to the fascia. This is not an ideal solution, but I guess its workable. I was then told I would have to pay for this even though they are the ones that created the problem. They keep saying the roof was installed correctly and it is not there fault. If for over 20 years I have not had water get in then all the sudden it does because the overhangs are gone I would say it's there fault.
