I expected honesty from this company owned by Mr. Brigham and I have gotten no where. I wonder if he feels satisfied that he continues to ignore and deceive the elderly. Shame on him. He knows who I am talking about. They can receive all the nice comments and stars they want, but he knows that he damaged my mirror .

This company's culture is unhealthy. The shower installers did not share with owner what happened:…read more that they backed into my garage apron to turn around and leave on 10/18. They backed up too far towards garage and dented the gutter above my garage in two places about 18 -24 inches apart . It also dislodged the downspout on left of garage. The gutter had to be replaced; it cost me time to find a company and 385 dollars for install of a new gutter. At first I thought it was an Amazon truck that was at fault - the height was right. But then I looked at the photos and the placement of the dents. As soon as I saw the Wolverine Glass truck again on 11/8 (my installation was delayed) with metal stuff/ladders sticking out about a foot from the back end of the truck, I knew based on my photos that they had done it. Their demeanor with me was also very different from the first time they were here - they knew I knew. I am owed an apology - and the company's insurance should pay for the 385. In addition, the customer service was below par. They never did courtesy calls to confirm appointments; I always had to call them to confirm. And at the end, I did not even receive a thank you - dirt on shower floor and an invoice via email for the last 50% of the bill. I do not recommend them.

Had 2 glass panels and 2 railings installed around/leading to our downstairs…read more They could not deliver what we requested from the estimate to the installation . There were deficiencies with the original installation ; railings bowed because horizontal pins holding railing to glass were too short, screw missing that attaches vertical pin to railing, railings right to left were not parallel so a second visit was required . There are 2 (3 in X 3 in) holes in our hard wood floor from where the old railing was located, we were told that the new base would cover this holes but it did not happen . Unable to find a hardwood installer to fix/cover holes Have left 2 message for Mr. LaMarre to review the installation but he has not showed up, but he cashed the cheque. To me this was a simple installation job but there appears to be a lack of good design knowledge and quality/skilled installation experience . Will not do business with them again.

Although the one they made for me was not quite as thick as the one I had which was sad because it got broke again because before I could put it up, it fell over forward when I pulled the vacuum cord and it broke. It was very beautiful and expertly done. I would definitely recommend them for glass cutting and mirror cutting. And it seemed reasonably priced. But at the time my husband was working so I'm not sure if it's reasonable on a fixed income. I don't remember how much they charged now. But at the time I remember I thought it was reasonable. This was in 2013. They have a beautiful show room but I wish they shared the pictures of all those specialty mirrors and decor they made.

The Feds call for 'Safety' glass to be installed. What makes it 'Safety Glass?" Lamination. When the glass is made, say 1/4" thick, a transparent plastic film is added in the middle of two 1/8" thick thicknesses, you don't see it. The glass is also designed to turn into pebbles when broken. In an accident, when laminated glass is broken, it is held in place by an interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), between its two or more layers of glass, which crumble into small pieces. Logan Glass has the correct type and thickness of glass on hand, and does the job right. Little details like beveling off the sharp edges.....Done! Price is right as well......
