When I called for service, I was initially offered an appointment in early August. After I objected, I was offered July 23. Only after I asked to speak with a supervisor and repeatedly emphasized that this was a three-day-old installation involving an exterior door that could not be secured did they arrange for someone to come the next day. The windows were also left with noticeable smudges, grime, and adhesive residue that I had to clean myself. I also received no useful walkthrough on how to remove the sliding sash for exterior cleaning. I appreciate that they eventually scheduled a next-day visit, but I should not have had to push multiple times for a basic security problem on a brand-new installation to be treated urgently. At this point, my overall experience is about 6/10, pending whether the service visit actually resolves the problem. Update: Wallside sent someone out next day to address all my issues. I've changed my rating to 5/5. Thank you.

I contacted Wallside a week ago to schedule a repair appointment. Today, their service technician arrived promptly, replaced the lock mechanism, and completed the service within ten minutes. He did a quick and thorough quote and didn't push at all. Very well communicated throughout the project. The install team of Derek, Jason and Pat were super efficient and clean. I had high anxieties due to the size of windows and working in bedrooms but it was kept SO clean. Total of 17 windows (some were 3-piece sets) were replaced within 2 days. They laid plastic on the carpet and cleaned every room fully before moving on. Even 2 windows which were found to have serious framing damage within the wall from years of leak were repaired without concern. Interior and exterior trim work is 100% quality and they did so great matching to existing. We are so happy with our project, reassured to know our home is protected from leaks on these windows and we will be back for the second half of our home as phase 2.

Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Overall, would highly recommend them for their excellent work, very fair pricing, and being such good nature people!

This in response to Robert asking to have the review removed. I will cite one example and then you can make up your own mind. A major beam in our sun room was screwed in incorrectly by Roberts people. The beam fell from the ceiling hitting another contractor. Thank god the contractor wasn't injured.

As newer homeowners we aren't sure what to do other than sue at this point. How a professional company can completely ignore us as we now have a ruined ceiling is beyond comprehension. On schedule, the team got to work, protected our lilacs and other landscape plants and did the tear of, roof replacement and cleanup all within the business day. No surprise add ons to the price. 2 other neighbors subsequently hired them. the results look great! - no bumps, no gaps like I've seen from some other roofers around town. We're very happy with our choice and the work done by these guys.

I have mixed reviews, I'm…read moresatisfied with the quality of the windows, though I had 1tapzoid window develop a crack from corner to corner. I requested warranty replacement for the cracked window, after review they agreed it was defective. It 2 took mths for the replacement to happen. Tech Tara did a excellent replacement of the cracked window. She was a dynamo, working by herself in the high 80's temperatures. She cleaned up her after her replacement. My biggest complaint with Majic is their terrible customer service communication. Never can reach anybody when you call their contact number, you leave your number and wait for them to return your call. It took over 21/2 mths I waited for an answer to my initial installation date, but only AFTER calling the financial institute and complaining about their lack of communication from Majic. So I have mixed reviews on Majic!!!!

We plan to move and really don't need a roof. My husband is such a nice guy he doesn't like to tell people "no". The salesman called him and basically berated him for canceling and "wasting his time". He also told him he would be getting a lot of telemarketing calls. He just wasted 5 mins of his time and my husband's just to be rude and negative towards him. That's no way to earn respect or future business. We do need windows, but would never pick Majic just for the experience my husband just had on the phone with a pissy salesman. He even said, "enjoy all the marketing calls you're going to get!" What a jerk!! Good luck getting business when you talk to people that way.
