The showroom employees have told me that they were unable to get a vest to fit me correctly because my "shoulders were too broad" and I don't "look like the mannequin". This coming from a store that makes "custom suits". I have suits off the rack at other stores that fit better, have higher quality fabric and cost much less. My bill was nearly $1k for a suit I never want to wear because of how bad it looks after multiple fittings with multiple team members at this store. The 6 weeks it takes to get a suit is for the store to send the order overseas to be made, this is what you are paying for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

You got it now?" as if we were wasting her time. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it very clear she didn't want to help us. I almost called her out then and there because it was so obvious she was being rude on purpose. Instead, we walked out and went to Nordstrom, where we spent quite a bit and were treated with actual luxury customer service. I will never go back to Indochino and am now a loyal Nordstrom customer. One retail worker's arrogance and lack of basic respect cost Indochino not just a sale, but any chance of repeat business.

This is the closest location to Beavercreek we could take my ring to be serviced. We had a little trouble locating where the store front was inside the mall but that is an issue with Liberty Center and their map system- thumbs down all day. When we walked in, David greeted us from behind the counter. He immediately took my ring and began the inspection while chatting with my fiancé. He clarified that the warranty issued with the Vera Wang brand did not cover some things like damage and informed my fiancé he could still add on additional coverage at this time. He elected to extend the coverage and then we looked at wedding bands. We had already shopped on the website and knew what we were leaning toward. We had his picked out and he needed sized. For mine, we were leaning toward a straight band but wanted to see how it would sit against my engagement ring. I ended up selecting a curved band when I saw it in person. It looked better than it did online and David helped me to see how it would look in the right size. We had planned on waiting until closer to the wedding to actually purchase the bands, and thought we would more than likely order online from home again. However, David was so easy to work with and very helpful with sizing and information about differences, so we decided to buy then. He gave us information to reach him for when the rings arrived at the store (to send them for sizing).
