I took a couple of brochures to indicate that I was in need of some assistance, but nothing. It's not like we were at Best Buy or Target and I can walk in and find my purchase and leave, we were looking at tuxes, there wasn't a thing in the store that you could purchase without some sort of assistance. I made an appointment online and the process was super simple. I showed up a little bit early with…read moremy mom and as we waited we were directed to look around at the dresses on the rack while my consultant was finishing up the previous appointment. After looking online there was really only one dress that I wanted to try on but there ended up being several other dresses that caught my eye as we looked around so I tried those too. Although I wasn't completely sold on any dress at David's Bridal and I didn't end up purchasing anything, I'm giving the store 5 stars simply because of the size inclusivity of the available dresses and how amazing my consultant was. I needed a size 18 dress to accommodate my hips and I was able to try on every single dress I wanted in that size because they had that and larger sizes in stock. It was Amazing!! My consultant was also so patient and helpful getting me in and out of all of the dresses and even recommending things for me. This was her first week working there and she seemed like a pro. I probably won't end up buying my dress from here but for my first time trying on wedding dresses the entire experience from start to finish was a dream. Highly recommend coming here as an option in your wedding dress hunt.

I bought six mother of the bride dresses and none of them worked for me. I called David's bridal before I ordered them online to confirm that I could return them to the store as it is stated on the website. When I got to the store, it was evident that the box stores are "separate" from the online David's bridal and they do not appreciate returning online purchases at their store. Because of a glitch on David's bridal side and after more than an hour in the store waiting, only five of the six dresses I was returning were showing up to be returnable. After being told, I was on my own and had to call the general 1-800 number to try to figure out what happened to the sixth dress, I was finally given a UPS return label a week later from the online David's bridal just to find out that they charged me $15 to return the dress that I had in person at the store a week earlier to return! I did not find the customer service to be helpful or friendly. I would never shop at David's bridal if it was the last bridal store left in the United States!
