I was blown away for starters by the customer service from multiple employees. One found me a shoe in a size that wasn't even on the floor, another brought a different size to the dressing room, and a third suggested a better way to complete my transaction! Now keep in mind the stuff here is brand name and higher end than, say, a Marshalls, but I still found a ton of good deals. I saw higher end brands like Tory Burch, Birkenstock, Democracy, and more. I got a $200 free people dress for $35! It's now definitely worth checking out and could be dangerous... I got so much stuff!

Staff was made to stand at the entrance to welcome the customers super sweet. So for people who have been to NR it's definitely a couple of notches above TJ Max but the model is similar. So there is section for male, female, kids clothing and shoes. They also have a home section along with jewelry, make up, perfume, sunglasses and handbags. Lots for everyone. This particular one has lots of parking and very centrally located. Prices are fair to the brands they offer. Oh I forgot they also have some snacks right near the check out. See, to shore up funds for a pre-order, I tried to sell a few things for some pocket money (because we know how consignment stores work) and I didn't really get anywhere with it . Apparently, they won't buy dolls without clothes, which completely ignores that the kids will redress them anyways, while selling toys that are either missing pieces or beat to hell, matter-of-fact, one of the toys I've seen was practically broken, with one being a dollhouse that has a broken elevator being sold for $18. They passed one of the items that I attempted to sell but I wasn't given a reason why. All this isn't getting into how they lowball your items and the owner's response was especially unhelpful. If you have some baby items and toys that need a new home, I'd suggest donating them to charities. Need some extra funds? I suggest selling on Marketplace, Letgo, Depop, Poshmark, or eBay, NOT at Once Upon a Child. Fairly negative experience and I don't see myself selling here again.

Out of all the stores we visited this Black Friday, Oshkosh was by far the cleanest and well-organized of the lot. By the time we started our shopping, it was clear that the Cincinnati Premium Outlets had been hit hard by holiday shoppers. Oshkosh looked like it had just opened. Not only was it clean and well organized, but it was also well stocked. When not assisting customes, employees were welcoming those who were walking in.

Because didn't know there was one in this area. The set up is women's on first floor. Upstairs so is men's and kids combine. It's connected to the mall. Everything is organized and not cluttered. Of course I had to take advantage of the sale rack. Ended up finding two sweaters for $13.99 and a pack of workout socks for $9.99. At checkout the cashier mentioned rewards program which is free. If you first sign up, you get 10% off your first purchase. Had to take advantage of that. Overall, I love H&M, good to know that I can shop at one even if I have to drive 40 minutes out of my way.

I've been a long-time customer, but this location has declined noticeably over the past several…read moremonths. The store is often dirty, especially the bathrooms, which have a strong odor. Merchandise is poorly organized and messy, making the store feel more like a thrift shop than a TJ Maxx. Inventory also feels sparse and picked over, with empty shelves, cluttered displays, and the same products sitting for months. Overall, it no longer reflects the quality I expect from TJ Maxx.
