This was a birthday present from my boyfriend, and I hate that it actually made me look worse. I spent 20 minutes telling Liane Lindo I wanted a natural look with some movement, especially in my forehead. She said I needed way more, but I talked her down. She finally said $750 was the absolute minimum because it included my neck. I agreed, trusting her judgment. Now my forehead is completely frozen and sits way too low, making my eyes look smaller -- which is frustrating because I even said, "Botox can open or close your eyes depending on who does it." Clearly, this had the opposite effect. I also have a weird circular swelling under my eyes, which I believe is from Botox being injected too low in the tear trough. I asked about it during the appointment and was told it was for wrinkles -- but the result is clearly not right. They were nice in person, but I've texted and called several times with no response. I honestly can't imagine how bad it would have been if I had agreed to the higher amount she first suggested.

When I come in for my appointment, there is only one girl available with a couple of years of experience. The way she was answering my questing as if I was asking about weather, the answers were very uncertain. Who would let anyone with so little experience inject their face? When I confronted their staff about their misleading practices, they just kept denying everything and turned the story as if they denied the service to me. Wow. I had a very disappointing and misleading experience at Arviv. I was sold a "full face" Ultherapy…read moretreatment at 50% off, which sounded like a great deal. However, what I received was far from what was promised. When I arrived, I had just come from the gym, and no one even offered me water. I asked for a coffee, and it was never brought. I was left waiting for the PA ( Tyana), and when she finally arrived, I honestly felt like I had more knowledge about the treatment than she did. No one offered me a robe or a chance to change out of my sweaty clothes. I was placed on a bed for about two hours without even a pillow under my knees, and now I'm dealing with back pain because of it. The most upsetting part is that I ended up paying for a full-face Ultherapy treatment, but they only worked on my jawline and slightly touched my eyebrows. That is NOT a full-face treatment. When I called to complain, the manager, Margarita, insisted they were completely right and claimed that what I received was "full face." After speaking with my plastic surgeon, I confirmed that a true full-face Ultherapy treatment should include cheeks, forehead, jawline, and chin. What makes this even worse is the inconsistency. First, they strongly insisted that I pay for and receive a full-face treatment. I even sent photos showing that they were wrong. Then, in an email, they suddenly stated they would refund me $180 because I only received a lower face treatment. Now I am even more confused, so which is it? Is it really acceptable to charge $1,470 for just a jawline treatment? This contradiction only confirms that they misrepresented the service from the beginning. Overall, this place is extremely unprofessional, not only in the service itself but in how they handle a dissatisfied client. I felt deceived, dismissed, and poorly treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering Ultherapy. Be very careful with their promotions; they are misleading and not trustworthy.
