Plus, their willingness to hold ingredients and replace them with others is super appreciated. The servers were helpful, careful in their prep, and super amenable to the changes I requested. I only dock a star for the ratios. Spinach and cucumber overwhelmed some of the more desirable fixings but it was still highly enjoyable.
