La situación empeoró con los platos principales. Se ordenó un rib eye término medium rare y llegó "well done". El acompañante, un supuesto arroz mamposteao, era simplemente arroz con color y habichuelas, sin ninguna preparación adecuada. El chillo fresco llegó seco y frío. En otras palabras, no tenía sabor. Los dos mofongos (uno de camarones y otro de pollo) también llegaron completamente fríos.
