We had 2 quesadilla platters and a platter of the flank steak sliders. Both selections were DEElicious! But they were equally excellent! Sliced flank steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the buns soft&fresh. Having their platter service upon arrival was an ideal choice after traveling 8 hours! I guess there was a mix up in files but at the end of the day, chef came and gave us an amazing experience. He accommodated my dietary needs (vegan and gluten free) with enthusiasm and it was my favorite meal of the trip. You can also tell he is super passionate about his job and he has good energy.
