After leaving their office for the second time I contacted wake up permanently and talk to Kara regarding my situation. She had a cancellation over memorial day weekend so I took it and didn't get my hopes up. I was in the chair a little over an hour and my eyebrows turned out beautiful. Even better than I expected. Kara took the time to answer all of my question and listen to my concerns and as she did my eyebrows she said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my skin and my eyebrows came out beautifully . Almost 3 weeks out now and my brows look better every day and it saves me so much time and hassle getting ready in the morning. Be careful who you go to and make sure you read all reviews. I'm sad to say I posted a negative review to the people that I went to the first time and it has never been posted. I personally talk to somebody that had went to Kara and had raved about her so I knew going in what her work look like and the good feedback that this individual told me and she was right. I felt 100% comfortable paying this since could fully appreciate the fact that 3h appointment gets reserved just for me and that people could be careless and not show, etc. A WEEK (not last minute) before my appointment, I reached out due to skin irritation that concerned me since I did not want to waste Angela's time. She asked for pictures that I sent and since I received no response, I figured it will be fine. During the app. she recommended to get evaluated by dermatology and the doc does not think that I am a great candidate for the procedure at all. Now, I am unable to reschedule my appointment nor get the deposit back even though I made a good will attempt to reach out well advance. I am impressed by lack of empathy, cold heartedness. I welcome you to rethink some of your business practices, maybe offer short consultations for a smaller fee, etc. so a good potential client who genuinely appreciates your time doesn't feel like she got taken advantage. Due to lack of ethics alone, I do not recommend!!!
