They then asked for me to pay in cash, which was never advertised as a "we prefer cash" store. The lady was quite rude, I specifically told her I can't tolerate a lot of pain, and she ignored my humble request of going slow. They took me 15 mins late and rushed the appointment. $45 is pretty steep for the service provided. Not happy :(
