I did 12 consecutive sessions at Enigma for both my underarms & my entire Brazilian and the hair STILL comes back. They try to squeeze out all the money from you that they can. At Milan, a Brazilian + underarms with unlimited sessions is like $2800 (they give a discount if you've done laser before) aaaand it's split into monthly payments. The seller for me is that you get touch ups for free for life & they have 280 stores across the country in case you move or are on vacation. I'm 27 years old & haven't had kids yet so I can almost guarantee my hair will be growing back somewhere at some point & I'll never have to pay again! The experience itself was also 10x's better at Milan. They take the time to talk you through everything & even explain how the machines work. They give you a robe.
