First of all for the 4 year…read moreold tumblers, they should call it a boot camp because all she had them doing was obstacles that she barely even explained for them how to do, kids were not having fun. One of the instructors is a old white woman(either Ariana or Michelle,idk which one is which) who just sat on her butt the whole time yelling at them from across the obstacle course , the kids would get lost and confused not knowing what to do next , including my daughter which it was her first time btw, and all she would do is yell and check her phone, never explaining anything to the 4 year olds. When the kids were lining up, she than snapped at my daughter when she accidentally was going to cut in line, instead of speaking to her like she is a 4 yo who doesn't know better, the instructor looked up at me really quick too when she caught herself because she knew she could've said it differently, if you don't know how to work with kids than find something else to do. To top it all off at the end of the class the other instructor which is a Hispanic lady(either Ariana or Michelle) calls all the kids together in a group, brings out a big bowl of candy, and says "hmmm the best listener today was "blank", and only allowed ONE child to get a candy while the others all just accepted it and walked away, so she called all of the kids over there basically to rub it in there face because that's the way 4 YEAR OLDS are going to take it , how can they be a good listener when no one even told them what to do to begin with . My suggestion..Get younger more fun instructors who are going to have fun with the kids and make a game out of it, not 2 old lady's who just sit and yell acting like their running a boot camp and who don't even know how to talk or treat children ...ridiculous.

My daughter, D., was enrolled in the 6:00 p.m. "PRO" group class that evening. During practice, the students were working on round-off rebounds. While performing this skill, my daughter's feet slipped off the AirTrack, and she landed sideways near where Coach Victor M., the owner, was conducting a private lesson. At that point, Coach Victor stopped his private lesson, approached my daughter, and forcefully yanked her hair while attempting to demonstrate what she had done incorrectly. He did this in front of others, creating an unnecessary scene that left my daughter humiliated, frightened, and embarrassed. One would think that, as a middle school teacher at Delay Middle School in Lewisville, TX, Victor Muñoz would have more experience in handling children with patience and professionalism. Coach Victor runs the girls like cattle in a very confined space. Multiple classes, often 2-3 classes are held simultaneously while he also conducts private lessons. The gym simply isn't large enough to safely accommodate that many athletes at once. When space is limited and the business is stretched beyond capacity, mistakes are bound to happen, and students can easily land on the wrong equipment or in unsafe areas. My daughter is 11 years old and in 6th grade. She participates in middle school cheerleading purely for recreation. We are not pursuing competitive or collegiate-level training. We enrolled her at TumbleHQ simply to help her build confidence, coordination, and basic skills in a safe, encouraging environment. The owner's actions were inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable, especially when directed toward a child. No parent expects their child to be treated in such a physical or demeaning way by a coach.

They've restricted many websites from children, some of which are necessary for learning. Their…read morecomputer website blockers randomly ban the children from even searching things up for no apparent reason. One main website is YouTube, in which some kids need to watch videos for certain classes, yet it's banned for them. It's also all over the place, some kids have very heavy restrictions, while others have close to none. The school computer block policy is very unfair, and I hope they address this issue.

The amount of attention that each child gets in class is so much higher than at public school. My child enjoys everyday at school and feels more confident in her classes due to her teachers. The new principal has brought a vision of growth and leadership that has made the school prosper like never before. Her attention to detail and knowing each child, parent, activity, and teacher makes the school vibrant with life. Our child adores her interactions with her everyday.
