Do they have any apple trees to pick from?

Sorry we do not! Blackberry season runs around May 15- July 4th. We also have vegetables you can pick at that time. Currently we are getting ready for our big Pumpkin Patch event!

There was a lot of flies at the truck with Santa in it which everyone wanted to take photos in so that was a bit gross but short of that it was a very enjoyable experience. My two year old went on their little train ride which was hilarious since she wasn't expecting that and I'm not sure I was either lol. She came back white knuckled and happy so it was fine. Lots of smoke from the fire pit made it hard to really smell any of the trees. It does add a nice touch to the place though and keeps folks warm which is a plus on these cooler December days. Prices on trees were quite fair (they are precut only this and possibly next year for many they have but still worth purchasing) and the one we got was perfect though they didn't trim the bottom as I asked them to do so we had to do that at home which was not anticipated but we got it done. I look forward to coming here next year. I usually go to Calloways and I wanted to find a local smaller, less commercial place to get my trees from and this one fits the bill. Next time I will be asking that they secure our tree since 380 is a nightmare when it's not gridlock traffic and you're trying to go 50mph down a windy road lol.

PUMPKIN PATCH (2023)…read more Found this little local gem on Yelp. The reviews were older, but we were in the area so we took a gamble and drove over (2023) for the pumpkin patch. For $5 you get to park your car in the adjacent lot and gain admission to their little fair (we had cash, not sure if they accept credit or debit). There were a bunch of pumpkin displays, free hayride, kid activities, vendors selling local goods (knits, clothing, baked goods, soaps, popcorn, honey, etc.), and a haunted maze for $2 admissions within the grounds. Some of the activities require additional cost (like the pumpkin painting for the kids). They have chickens roaming around the property (they usually stay near their little chicken coop in the far back). The free hayride was fun, just a little ride around their property- nothing spectacular. The kids on our tour ride seem to enjoy it :P If you're looking to spend about 40 mins or less at a pumpkin patch, this is the place to go!

I came here because a few of my clients highly recommended Lola's Market to me because of its quality & super friendly customer service. Plus it is local & who doesn't love fresh & local things? She has clear signs before you enter the property to make sure everyone is safe. I love it maybe because I'm a big "sign" person. Haha This is NOT a Zoo, please don't chase her animals & respect her simple & basic rules for not doing so. Just like you want people to respect your own house rules & you don't want people squeezing & chasing your children (well, at least I don't). Pets are not allowed inside so they don't try to chase/fight/eat her chickens for instance. My dog would love to do that, but he didn't as he was kept in the car & enjoyed the beautiful country view from there. :) This is a very stylish country place with a lot love, time & energy spent into it. Everyone with an open mind, respectful attitude & a open heart is welcome. Even if you just want to stop by to say hello. Mona & her animals will be happy to see you. Her deco is cute, but no it is NOT for sale. Most of the cute things there was given to Mona by old friends, customers & her grandmother. We love the fact that she shares it with us & we have the opportunity to admire it. Everything has a story behind & meaning. I highly recommend her place, it is very unique & welcoming. It is too sad that people are entitled & go out of there way to try to damage a person's dream & hard work. Some people have absolutely NO idea what it takes to run a successful business. Ignore the hate & very negative things people have to say. Don't even take my word for it. Go there & check it out for yourself. You'll love it too especially if you have learned how to appreciate the value of simple things in life. Mona, I just want to say thank you very much for you being who you are & for keeping the doors open to serve us fresh & local produce. There are many people out there looking for what you have to offer & we are very grateful for your hard work. Your place is a gem & we can't recommend it enough, Linda

They were hosting and Easter themed event with egg hunts separated by appropriate age groups (our 4 and 2 year olds didn't feel rushed or left out), the Easter Bunny was also there to take photos (we stayed a friendly distance away LOL), spring florals, bluebonnets blooming along their large pond, petting zoo, and more! The price at the gate (note: they do not do advanced tickets) is $15 per person. I do think that's a bit steep, especially without offering discounted rates for little ones. I'm not sure if the vendors are always onsite but they had frozen lemonade and other food and drinks for sale during today's event. We didn't indulge but the line for lemonade seemed to run smoothly. Other offerings: pony rides at an addition cost (we passed on this), a gift shop, mini playground and bounce houses, and fair games. My kids actually enjoyed these festivities more than the egg hunt and the animals. According to Huddin's IG, they have around 250 animals on the farm! We got to feed the camels and goats. Beware, you are up close and personal with the animals. My husband had to handle all of the feeding because the ghosts jumped up on our kids which was a tad bit startling in the beginning. All of the staff members were really kind and made sure to man the gates for each animal section to keep everyone safe. Overall it was such an adorable experience and we're looking forward to visiting again.

They had a goat petting zoo, small pony rides, and a big bounce house for kids to enjoy.
