WORST EXPERIENCE! I got a pedicure here. After my pedicure was done and I was checked out the woman that did my nails left. I was sitting at the drying area and after 5-10 minutes the woman that was still in the salon shut the lights off and the nail drying machine! She didn't say anything just shut everything off then stood there giving us nasty looks. Mind you it was not even 6:30pm and it says they are open until 7:30pm. I then proceeded to try to get up since apparently we were no longer wanted in the salon and my big toe hit the chair and got completely messed up because it obviously didn't have enough time to dry and we were being rushed out. I proceeded to tell the woman this and she was very annoyed and instead of repainting my nail she proceeded to try to move the nail polish around and sculpt it back onto the toe and paint a glitter top coat over it, so it was all chunky and not flat and even. I told her I wasn't happy with that and she refused to repaint it. She started getting loud with me and talking down to me. She then turned the dryer back on and after 5 minutes told me it was dry and time to go. It was NOT dry and she was forcing us out of the shop. We left and I was standing in the parking lot when she came outside and approached me and started arguing with me again. I asked her if she was the owner of the shop and what her name was (3 times) and she refused to tell me. She continued on going back and forth with me about how crappy of a job they did for 10 more minutes until I had to back away. She kept telling me basically she didn't need to fix my nails because she wasn't the one that originally did them and I didn't pay her. Regardless she is the one that told the woman that did my nails she could leave so she is then responsible for the customer. This was such a horrible experience I was appalled at the way she was talking to me and treating a customer that just paid over $60 to get a horrible pedicure done. It was so rushed and not relaxing at all. It was very upsetting. I would NEVER recommend this place and I would NEVER come back and give them another dollar. Absolutely worst customer service! That woman should NOT be working with people, she was absolutely horrible. It's funny she was pushing us out because she was in such a rush to leave but then continued to harass me in the parking lot. While out enjoying my self care Sunday I decided to check out this nail salon. It is a cute and clean establishment that looks brand new. The staff greeted me upon entering and since they were not too busy I was able to get a spa pedicure right away. The prices are regular and I received a $50 spa pedicure with a foot mask. My feet have been struggling with the fall since I have to wear shoes all the time lol. The foot mask is definitely worth the extra coins. I enjoyed the fresh tingle I felt once the mask was applied and the hot towels were added. Then after my feet and legs felt so smooth. My toe nails are super cute to since I went with a cute orange color for the fall. Glad I found this spot and I plan to return soon. read more

I ended up doing acrylic nails with my friend and when we got them done they grounded them really thin and when we had to take them off our nails chipped and one of mine is chipping even more just from touching it and I won't go back there because when I took the acrylics off my nails wouldn't stop hurting for day or two I tried putting another color on but I couldn't tell if it was blood or nail polish at one point read more

They took me at 6:45 p.m. My tech was pleasant, friendly and never made me feel rushed. They closed at 8:00 p.m. and she stayed until 8:30 p.m. to finish me up in the middle of a storm. I didn't want to do acrylic because I have my own nails that grew out enough to do something with. So I was going to do gel but she recommended doing the dip... I'm so glad she did and that I listened. I got them done before vacation to Vegas and spent lots of time in the pool... not to mention the crab buffet at the Bellagio! This place was terrible. Went for a mani- pedi before my birthday weekend trip. Staff was friendly enough, but my nails were uneven and she didn't paint them right (left a big gap along the bottom at the cuticle, about the width of acrylics growing out for about a week. Somehow I didn't notice before I left or I would've had her fix them. Also, I was overcharged. She charged me way more than the prices stated on their site. Will NOT go back. read more

My mom and i have been coming here for years, literally my entire life. When i moved to Lakewood i tried to go to several different salons so i didn't have to take the drive to parma, every single time i regretted it. Bella's is amazing and I'm shocked by the reviews. I get gel shellac every time and it lasts me WEEKS. Here i am on week 3 with a gel mani French tip and they have yet to chip. The women here are so nice AND they just did a little upgrade/remodel. Will never return to this salon. My fiance and I walked in for pedicures. We were taken right back and started. Mine was first and was fine. Because of covid, I had to go up to the front to wait while he had his. A woman walked in during my pedicure and complained her nails came off. I was taken to the front to wait, and I texted my fiance and asked him how it was going. 1.5 hours into sitting there, with his feet in cold water, they still hadn't started. They hadn't said anything to us or him about waiting. The woman instead started fixing the other clients nails and left my poor fiance sitting there. When 2 hours had passed we left, completely unacceptable. If the other woman had an appointment, then all if would have taken a was simple, hey I only have time for one...or letting us know we'll be waiting. In my experience, you don't turn on someone's water and let them soak if you have no intent on doing the pedicure for 2 hours. Got a new set, all the nails were different shapes and not even (asked for coffin), asked for a specific design, and they are not the same on the 3 that are supposed to be identical, not to mention that the polish was not distributed evenly andd is bumpy/see thru in certain areas. I came here for a full set, I was charged extra for length even though the nails were not long at all. It ended up being 50$ for a full set of short nails, so not only was I completely overcharged but the whole set fell off within 6 days. When I called to complain, they did absolutely nothing. I waited 40 minutes to be taken care of. Once seating I was greated with great customer service, little did I know the cheap prices reflect the outcome of your nails. I waited 25 minutes to be told to leave because I was taking up a seat. As my day went on, my nails have gotten worse and worse. WORST PEDICURE EVER; Let me start by stating I am NOT a diva, nor do I get multiple pedicures. I get about 3-4 a year. However, a deluxe pedicure should not take 25 minutes total. Mary, the nail technician did not :1. put on a base coat, 2. put only one coat of color 3, completely did not even put on lotion. My daughter who was sitting next to me was getting a pedicure. When I realized MARY wasn't going to put on lotion and proceed to putting on the polish I asked "Could I please, have some lotion?
