I walked into the salon and could not be seen. They told me to come back at 3:00 pm, so I returned at that time. The nails were fine, unfortunately they put the gel powder on slowly, so the nails turned out to be lump style tear drop shape :-( the worst. The technician was very nice, but answered the phone and greeted people and organized the staff as he was doing my service. My service did not have his full attention and my nail shape was determined from this. Although not the most expensive, and the staff was nice, I would not go back based on the work with gel powder and the shape of the nail. read more

I went and thought it was okay but they didn't have me stay to let my toenails dry for the pedicure I paid for. Also I had to pull my feet out 3 times to let them know it was scalding hot. When I left part of the nail polish came off my one toenail and I ended up with two burn blisters on my big toe and little toe of my left foot!!!!! read more

Very first time me I've been here and I wanted to get my nails done for a friend's wedding. I called ahead and made an appointment for an hour later (super convenient). I asked coffin acrylics with powder gel instead with a matte gel polish on top. And my nails came out PERFECT. Theresa was the name of the technician that did my nails and she was so kind and sweet. All the technicians basically had a conversation with me and were joking around. It was an amazing environment. This place is hands down the best salon I've been to. I'll gladly drive the 25 minutes everytime I want to get my nails done. I was so impressed and I got exactly what I wanted (which can be rare). read more

I have been getting acrylics for years and this has by far been the best job I've gotten. I have had Missi do my nails two times now and both times I have been blown away at her detail and perfection. She is sweet and funny but definitely does the best work of any nail tech I've worked with in 5+ years. The building is tricky to find but that makes it a hidden gem. I would absolutely recommend setting up an appointment with Missi! She works Wed-Saturday. read more

As much as I loved the customer service, I wont return there. I'm 8 months pregnant and very miserable for obvious reasons. Jasmine was beyond such a sweetie and made me feel amazing. Got a pedicure, spent about $60 for I think the deluxe package. My polish is chipping alot. And my toe polish can last through an atomic bomb explosion. I have had pedicures and done pedicures to myself where the plish last me a full 5 weeks. This one last barely a week. Very bummed out. I can't reach my toes; they look disgusting now, and I budgeted where I would get a pedicure every month. Will not go back here if quality is not that great. Super bummed, I really liked the lady too. read more

Seriously the best quality acrylics I have ever had. No chips, nothing. I usually lose tons of polish and gems but I didn't lose any... After 3 weeks of wear! Seriously impressed and super pleased. As someone who uses my hands a lot on a daily basis, these nails definitely worked for me. read more

Clean, bright, open salon. Received a deluxe pedicure from Anna, she had her work cut out after this winter. She paid special attention to every detail! My feet look and feel amazing!! I'm very particular about a thorough clean-up and precise polish application and she nailed it :) pun intended. Would definitely recommend and will be back. read more

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience. My technician (which unfortunately I did not get her name) rushed through a spa pedicure. And I mean rushed. I will upload a picture. My toes looked like they were done by a 1st grader. I treat myself to a pedicure once a month so I know a good pedicure. My usual place had so many bridal parties I couldn't get in so I tried this place and I will not be returning. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I was so upset when leaving I came back in and said this has to be re-done and they tried to accommodate me, but was still not a good pedicure or a pretty outcome. read more

This place has really good reviews, obviously there are people who come here who have good experiences. I didn't have a bad experience, but I won't be coming back. I made an appointment and waited for 20 minutes. Then, I spent about 20 minutes soaking while the previous clients nails were finished. My pedicure was done in less than 30 minutes, which I don't feel is enough time to do a proper pedicure. I wasn't satisfied with the amount of time spent exfoliating my feet and I was hoping for some sort of a leg or foot massage, like I'm used to most places doing. She didn't deliver on either. They did have quality polishes and she was nice and did a good paint job. Not a good enough experience to motivate me to become a repeat customer. read more
