This place used to be great. But they have no concept of time. I've been twice with appointments and had to wait upwards of thirty minutes with no warning. I've dropped by several times and was told 15 minutes (it's always 15 minutes) only to be waiting for 30 or 40 minutes. I have been going to this place for years but over the last 6 months the communications have gone way downhill. I'm ok if they are busier than they expected and can't get to me in the time communicated- but say that before I get my shoes off and waste my time waiting. It has happened enough times that it feels like a business tactic and I don't like being lied to. Time to find a new place! read more

I am a regular customer here and the salon owner is just the best. He always remembers me, calls me by name, and is very polite. Today he really nailed my request for French with color on the tips instead of usual white. The wait times can often be long but if you have an appointment it's usually faster that way. read more

I've never had a more confusing nail experience!! I'm not from here so this is the first time getting nail service in SC. All I want is a cut down, 1 repair, and polish change and I've been placed at a station, sitting here looking confused for the past 20 minutes. When I asked was someone coming, (merely because I had no idea what was going to happen and when) the guy says "IT'S NOT YOUR TURN!! Lady finally sat down and screwed up my middle finger. As an update, the gel nail service I received on 1/1/2020 is starting to come off today - 1/10/2019. This duration, 10 days, seems a bit shorter than the normal longevity of gel nails. read more

I used to come here when I lived near five forks years ago before moving out of state. Now I live in fountain inn and was trying salons near me and they all either had horrible reviews of infections (I'm a barber so I'm gonna take that very serious) or my nails were done terrible! Uneven, scratched and dented and not the shape I asked for. Decided to drive the extra miles and it was WORTH IT! a lot of the same people work there after all these years (which says a lot) and the time and detail she put in to fixing my nails was awesome! There was a lot to fix! They are exactly what I asked for, great color selection for the gel and dip and everyone there is very nice! I won't go anywhere else as long as I live here! read more

I have been going to Top Spa for years and they have many regulars. Kevin, who manages the salon, is very good with customers and knows who his regular ones are. I have never left there without a thank you for coming in and I have witnessed this with everyone else when I've been there. Top marks for good quality manis and pedis that last, cleanliness, friendly attitudes, and customer service that you normally don't experience in many nail salons. I moved away from the neighborhood and still drive over there for nail services . They are often busy after work and on weekends so if you're pressed for time call and make an appointment ahead. They have a child's chair also. All of the people who work there do a great job. Five stars! read more

Lynn is the best nail tech I've found in the area. My nails always look natural and last. My pedicure is relaxing and done well by several of the other techs there. I am usually accommodated even if I can't make an appointment. Everyone is always polite and welcoming. read more

Go somewhere else. I got seated for a pedicure. Waited 20/25 minutes. Water got cold, nobody said anything to me. 2 other people walk in for pedicures. They get seated right away and they get there pedicures started and I'm still waiting. Place Is a joke and favors to other people. I do not recommend. read more

Came here to help my sister get her nails fixed after 2 times of them falling off within 2 weeks. After arguing with the people for 30 minutes they finally were willing to fix them. I have been coming to this salon off and on for years because of the convenience of location and wether or not my regular nail guy is busy or not. I would say that each time my nails were ok but never blew me away. Within a few days after getting a full acrylic set a nail broke off easily and it already looked like I needed a fill in! Only after a few days! I called and the owner I'm assuming told me to come in the next day and he would fix them. I came in the next day and not only did he rush was short with me and seemed liked he was upset like I did something wrong to him but, he had the nerve to tell me that this time was free but next time I'd have to pay! I was really confused, still am that he wouldn't want to fix them if something else went wrong in the future?!! Note I've been a customer for off and on of several years. So it's been 5 days since he fixed them, TWO MORE NAILS HAVE BROKE OFF WITH EASE!!!!! Do I feel comfortable calling and getting these nails fixed? NO! He told me next time I had to pay which I find crazy?! I've never had a issue like this in the 20 plus years of getting my nails done anywhere. So now I'm sitting here with 2 broke nails after getting a fill in 5 days ago after getting my nails done only one week before that and them failing. Oh and I'm not done, when I came in to get them fixed last no one in there spoke waved or even smiled at me! I even waved and said hello and one employee looked at me disgustingly and didn't respond! What did I do wrong? I wasn't even rude when I was extremely upset. I will never return there again. If I would have been treated better and cared about or felt that I could call today and thought they would have no problem wanting to help I wouldn't have left this review. Beyond disappointed in customer service and not feeling valued as a person or customer who's paid several hundred dollars over the years. I hate I had to do this but this is literally the first negative review I've ever wrote ever. That's how disappointed and dissatisfied I am. So now I have to go somewhere else and pay again for something they did wrong twice in less then 2 weeks!!! read more

Made an appointment for 3 of us two hours earlier to make sure we could plan to get a Pani / gel nails. Waited 30 mins after picking out our color.. still not served.. we left and went to A Nails. Had great service!! It was much quieter and cheaper too. Don't offer an appointment if it's not avaliable. read more

This is the best nail spa I've ever been to and I've lived in Greenville for over 30 years. The staff is very friendly and professional and so accommodating when I decide at the last minute to get both a manicure and pedicure. Love the way they take care of my nails. Please try them, you'll never go anywhere else (and there are plenty of nail salons in the area), but this is truly a spa! read more
