Went to Grace Medical for first time based on recommendations from people who went to the Westport…read morelocation. I did not have a good experience. My consultation was brief, which I didn't mind. I went ahead with Botox injections and waited the obligatory 10 to 14 days to see the results. After about a week I still had significant movement in my forehead. I called the office and they were able to schedule an appointment for me to come back within the allotted window for revision. I ended up going back during that time and got re-injected in my forehead. Waited an additional two weeks and still saw little to no results. When I called the office, the person was very unattentive and dismissive about my concerns. She basically told me I should wait the full three months and then "we could start from scratch" since I didn't know how many units I was getting in the past. Isn't that their job...to gauge how many units I need. She was very defensive and never called me back to see if I was still interested or if there was anything else they could do. I would not go back there again. Given that there are so many medical spas and options for Botox these days, I really feel like the people at Grace medical should have been a little more proactive about customer satisfaction.
