Jenna is my lifeline. For the last five years, she is what keeps me ticking. She is exceedingly well-educated on the anatomy, physiology and kinematics which make the human body function as a whole. She identifies the root of the issue, so that it can be corrected and strengthened to create a healthier you. I am very well-conditioned and athletic. I love to run my body to the ground. Jenna is there each month to push the reset button and keep me whole. She has helped rehabilitate me through a 14-year old chronic back injury which at one point seemed hopeless. Jenna was there to begin the rehabilitation process when I made a mess of my knee by tearing my quadriceps and having a knee effusion, which was nothing short of scary looking. She helped me gain functionality back in my throwing shoulder when I could barely lift my arm from bursitis, cleaned up my shin splints and plantar fasciitis , untwisted my body from an L5-S1 herniation, and has fixed a high-deep groin pull, which had me walking around like Frankenstein. In addition, Jenna was able to identify and begin the process of improving a digestive issue, which I was unaware of. I don't make it easy on Jenna, but she always has the answer. There have been many times when I crawl up on to her table and an hour later I'm hopping off and ready to go. You can get all of the king's horses and all of the king's men, but it's Jenna who can truly put Humpty Dumpty back together again. Life Changing. I began treating with Jenna for medical message after being involved in a car accident which resulted in a serious back injury and two surgeries. I have been treating with her, at least weekly, for over a year now and I can honestly say she has changed my life. I was told by another patient before starting that she was "brilliant." Brilliant, however, is an understatement. While surgical intervention remedied the chronic nerve pain, Jenna was instrumental in helping me walk straight again, turn over in bed at night and gain movement I had not had since 2009. Long story short, I started with Jenna before a diagnosis of radiation fibrosis in the neck and back. Most people with this diagnosis go through a LOT of physical therapy, botox injections in the neck and head, among much more. As we were unaware of the dx, Jenna did everything in her power to help me. I changed from being unable to sleep at night to sleeping. I changed from being unable to sleep on my side to sleeping on my side. I changed from walking with the top half of me leaning forward. Her massages were able to get me standing upright. She broke up muscles in my necks that everyone else says feels like bone. There was no chiro, no acupuncturist, no massage therapist, no PT, no neurologist, no pain specialist, no oncologist, NObody that came even remotely close to the results she did. Yes, I still have to see a chiro, have found a good PT (finally), and a cancer rehab specialist. But they are all pointless without her. She has gone above and beyond to find and hire more exceptional employees. She works extremely hard to train them in her techniques. She attends insane amounts of training to learn more. Without the help of Jenna and her team I would not be able to maintain my active lifestyle. 15 years of rugby has taken its toll on my body, Jenna has worked with me for almost 2 years to get me into a position of feeling like I could play for another 15 years. I recently had to have surgery and it was a very nice surprise to receive a get well soon card from her and her staff on my last appointment before surgery. She is making my road to recovery so much easier and is working in conjunction with my physical therapist to make sure that I get back to 100%. I don't know where I'd be without her. I first visited TMW YEARS ago and again recently. The staff has not changed at all, which is a very good thing. They are polite, courteous and work hard to understand the customers' needs. Most importantly, they are genuine and do not try to constantly up-sell you unnecessary treatments. In my most recent visit, their facility had expanded quite a bit and the new rooms each have their own unique theme/decor. If you prefer a specific ambiance when getting your treatments, I suggest calling ahead and having them describe each of them to you, which the staff is happy to do. Along with the expansion comes a number of new services, such as body wraps, exfoliation treatments, and foot baths. I am a dance fitness instructor and between all my classes, dance workshops, and training clients my legs and hips take a beating. I battled with sciatica for years before I found Jenna 4 years ago. If it weren't for her there is no way I could keep up my schedule pain free. Just recently I suffered a nasty hamstring strain. My dr. recommended me for Physical Therapy and said it would be 2-3 weeks for me to heal. There was no way I could not work for that long! My first call was to Jenna for help. The minute I walked in I was blown away with how beautiful and clean the establishment is. The vibe is very mellow, relaxing and just serene. The front desk staff is lovely and extremely attentive. I had my first massage here the other day and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely polite catering to my every need and made me feel super comfortable. Unbelievable. The facility is beautiful, zen, clean and extremely soothing. I saw Jenna the owner. She is a wizard. I've had neck pain and migraines for years and am now on the road to recovery. I just started going to TMW and the ambiance is like nothing I have ever seen before. I love that I am able to choose from all different types of Rooms here and especially love the forest room. It even smells like the forest and has running water falls inside. Between the smell, ambiance and sound of the running water, truly makes me feel like I am thousand of miles away from CT. I had a sports massage with Heidi (first time) and she was able to target the tender/trigger points with the perfect amount of pressure especially in my back and neck regions. It left me feeling super relaxed after the session without any soreness. Heidi was very professional and really knows her craft. I had a terrible fall on ice this past weekend, with a concussion, head, neck and shoulder injuries I chose the owner, Jenna knowing that is her specialty. I received a fantastic hour deep tissue massage to help with my low back pain from Domonique in the "Enchanting Suite", which was the perfect room for me as I love to hike and be outdoors.
