From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and peaceful. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to make residents feel at home rather than in an Elderly Facility . The staff is what truly sets this place apart. Everyone we interacted with--from caregivers to House Manager to Owner--was compassionate, attentive, and highly professional. They took the time to understand individual needs and provided personalized care with patience and kindness. Communication with family members was also excellent; we always felt informed and involved. The meals were nutritious and appealing, and there were engaging activities tailored to the residents' interests and abilities. It was clear that the team genuinely cared about their wellbeing and happiness. I would highly recommend Moreno Beach House of Care to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and loving environment for their loved ones. You can tell they all take their jobs seriously and really care about the residents, I never worried about leaving my mom here, I knew she was in good hands. My mom passed away in December of 2024, the staff was helpful with the arrangements and comforting as well, we will always be forever grateful to the team at ICC, they are true everyday heroes that need more recognition for what they do.

I love that Apple Blossom cares about there residents and provide this service for them. I love my job there.. The staff is so loving and attentive to there needs. The house is beautiful with a warm feel, homemade meals, large beautiful back yard with fruit trees, and a chicken coop. Jay (The owner) is so sweet, she makes frequent visits and does sing along songs for birthdays. They house is clean and always decorated for every season and holiday. I work with a lot of elderly and I know it's stressful and hard to have to make a decision to place a loved one in a home. Apple Blossom provides the care and love you are looking for.
