I wish that it was possible to give this facility a TEN STAR rating The team is amazing Luz with her knowledgeable information kind personality and loving manner makes paper work for a loved one such a simple non stressful time. Heidi and her charming smile and red hair is just full of energy assisting the residents with medication eating and provides an over all comfort feeling to everyone as assistant Manager. Linda is the Ma ma bear of the group sharing warm hugs an ear to listen and much compassion to each resident making their transition very smooth. Linda also assists in the kitchen and works very hard with Martha to provide healthy meal choices for all. Not only is this facility spotless fresh meals are cooked daily for everyone and there are even choices if your love one happens to be a picky eater. Jeffrey is also a real sweetheart standing near to assist anyone needing refills or dessert or welcoming a residents guest for lunch. I met Debbie the day after I had placed our loved one Debbie's laugh is contagious and her personality sparkles very loved by all. The time this facility takes to plan each day in every month for our loved one is amazing. Dedication love respect compassion humor and understanding is what this team is built with. The Integrated Care Community organization provides a wonderful and caring environment with attentive and caring staff. My mother has been a resident for 18 months now. I personally know most of the staff who work during the week and I see how they treat not only my mother but the other residents as well. When it came time for my mother to move to an assisted living facility, my niece researched several facilities, provided the family the results of her research and then took my mother on a tour and visit. My nephew returned for another visit with my mother and also concurred ICC would be a great living environment for their grandmother. While community living does provide a great change from what most adults are used to, the ICC staff are very good helping with the adjustment. They help my mother stay on track with her medications and hygiene. They are attentive to her health needs and they even have a physician who comes into the facility to provide healthcare which my mother utilizes as her primary care. Visiting the facility each week, I can honestly say my mothers health and mental capabilities have improved greatly since she moved in. This is due not only to the house staff but also to Elena Diaz, the Activities Director who coordinates morning and afternoon activities as well as weekly food outings. My mother has been a resident of integrated care for approximately 10 years. Integrated has been a godsend for our family. Integrated is works with you and for you. My mom is well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful, and it's very clean. The residents are always clean and well groomed. My mother is in the memory care unit. The grounds are gated for their safety so they cannot wonder out the area. They can go outside at their well and enjoy the day safely, when weather permits. Thats really important for someone dealing with alzheimers that they don't feel confined. They have good home cooked meals by staff, they go on outings, they have activities all the time to give them mental and physical stimulation. The preschool behind them brings the children to participate in some of their activities with the residents and they love it! They provide transportation for doctor appointments which is very helpful. They saff is compassionate, attentive, and loving with the residents. They staff is good at keeping you inform regarding your parent. Integrated also celebrates the holidays and invite the families to join them. Integrated Care has a family oriented atmosphere which I love. I have recommended Integrated care to my friends. It's a good place for our love ones. read more

I recently visited the ICC Assisted Care Facilities. I have been looking for a place for my mom. We know within a year she will be needing full time care. My first impression when arriving at the facilities was the "home-like appearance of the buildings. I also was happy to see that it was directly in front of a major hospital. Upon entering the building, B-2, I was greeted by the building manager, Linda Covington. She was impressive. She first asked me about my mom's needs and any other special needs. She then asked about my concerns in putting her mom in a assisted care facility. She showed a genuine interest in assuring us that ICC would meet all their needs. The interior was very comfortable and inviting. Clean, no orders, and nicely laid out. We were given a full tour of the facility and met some staff members and spoke to a few of the residents. I must say, I felt relieved and must better after visiting ICC. More importantly, I think we have found a home for mom. read more

My 95-year-old mother is thriving at ICC! She's lived there for about a year, and her health has steadily improved as a result of the caring staff. Her symptoms of stage-one dementia are not as prevalent due to her consistent daily schedule, regular home-cooked meals, and group activities. Nurse Hazzel is skilled at handling all of the medical needs and coordinates visits with the lab, doctors, etc. Facility Managers, Juanita and Nadine, work very hard to accommodate a diverse group of residents and their family members. Activities Director, Elena, makes sure my mom has her nails done and has encouraged her to take up crocheting, again. Residents enjoy monthly outings where they can sightsee and stop for fast food! ICC makes major holidays fun by organizing celebrations for residents and their family members to enjoy, together! The entire experience has been a blessing! read more

My Aunt has been here for two years now and the staff is caring, loving and patient. My family and I are always greeted with smiles and kindness. The facility is always clean and my Aunt has adjusted well. My only wish is that she, and all residents, could have private bedrooms but the cost is prohibitive. read more
