It felt genuine. It was so warm, like a hug with words. As did the space/waiting room which is so lovely and so inviting. I'm currently working with Christopher May, and he was a joy to talk with. He was so personable; I appreciated how distractingly chatty (in the most engaging and friendly way possible) he was, because it made the experience seem much less painful and much more quick than it probably was. He's got really good energy, and I felt comfortable from the first moment we talked on the phone for my free consultation (and I had endless questions then). It's infrequent these days that your first experience with a business is an immediate success, but I knew from the moment I walked into 207 Laser that I made the right decision. But... You ignored the plan and went ahead and did your own plan. I have consulted with a few dermatologists regarding this, and have spent a lot of money trying to fix the the damage to my lips. The company that supplied the ink that you used has been identified as using contaminated inks, per FDA research. And permanent tattoo ink is especially prone to bacterial pathogens. This has caused damage to my lips as noted by the dermatologists that have examined me. I will not go into detail here.
