Ramon's initial visit was very pleasant but he did not finish the job by installing the glass-to-glass safety clamps or hinges. He said he was not able to finish job on the same visit and would return again. He proceeded to invoice me for the complete job and I refused to pay. I called his office and they said they will call me to schedule a second visit. It has been two years and I mostly use the shower in the guest room. When I asked him to finish the job by installing the safety clamps, he refused to do so and said it was my job to call (which I did). He threatened to go around my neighborhood and tell my neighbors that I don't pay my bills. I had the problem with glass door in my bathroom. The company, which originally installed glass in my bathroom gave me terrible answer on my request about help : "To replace the hinges, the cost will be $425.00. If you prefer not to replace the hinges, the cost to adjust the shower door is $275.00. For either option, a 50% deposit is required prior to the appointment date." Ramon showed up next day after I contacted him without any preconditions. He kept communication al the time. It took less than 15 minutes to adjust the door. We will see how it will work. ramon and his team communicated clearly, were on time and let us know if delivery delays impacted our installation. they left our home clean with no evidence that they had been here except for the lovely new windows. his team even moved a curtain rod for us so that we had better access to close and open the new windows. what we love most about the new windows is that they are double insulated but used our existing frames, rather than adding an inner frame that would decrease the area of the glass. read more

I had a window pane next to the front door that had a crack running across it. I contacted a few glass shops and decided to go with Bella's.
