This place is inside Topanga Village so I parked there which they already give you a complimentary validation. The store was easy to find and the check in process was simple. Zra was the person helping me with the form and taking my before picture. She was amazing and easy to talk to. Since I had my baby daughter with me, they don't have a changing station in the bathroom so she let me use one of their office with a table to change her diaper. They saw me a little after my appointment time since they were booked but both nurses explain every process to me and made sure I was relaxed. My face felt refresh and had some sensitivity but not too bad. If you're interested in their services I would recommend them, everyone here is very nice.

The night before when the nurse called me, I explained my entire medical situation to her and let her know that I just started the third round of antibiotics minutes before she called as my body wasn't reacting to the antibiotics I had been taking. The next morning of my appt I wasn't well, very nauseas. I called to let them know I'll have to reschedule after my antibiotics were done. All she said is... well you spoke to the nurse right and she cleared you regarding the antibiotics? I said yes.. she said so we'll have to charge you... hope it was worth the $50! Response to Mary after my original message... Thank you for the response, Mary. However, it misses the point entirely. While I understand and respect cancellation policies, they are typically designed to prevent 'no-shows' or casual cancellations, not to penalize a client experiencing a sudden medical crisis. I was proactive and transparent with your nurse the night before. Unfortunately, health situations--especially those requiring multiple rounds of intensive antibiotics--can escalate unexpectedly overnight. Expecting a patient to 'predict' they will be too ill to leave the house 24 hours in advance during a medical emergency is unreasonable. Offering to have me come in 'later that day' when I had already explained I was unwell and under strict medical care shows a complete lack of empathy and basic listening. To charge a $50 penalty under these specific, documented circumstances is a choice that prioritizes a small fee over human compassion and long-term client relationships. It is a disappointing introduction to a local business, and I will certainly be taking my business back to facilities that value their clients' well-being over a cancellation fee

5 Stars times 4!…read more Doctor Weitzbach has treated my wife, daughter, son and me... all with kindness, compassion, exceptional medical expertise and diligent follow-up. In the last few years, Doctor Weitzbach's annual skin cancer checks have found 2 cancers (one requiring radiation and one Mohs surgery) and numerous pre-cancers requiring freezing. The two most serious cancers were caught so early that second opinions from plastic surgeons verified Dr. Weitzbach's early detection saved us from potentially disfiguring surgery that would have been required if the tumors had been allowed to grow. His and his team's treatment of our children has been equally exceptional. Whether treating severe adolescent acne with Accutane, strategies for Psoriasis or simple acne facials, we could not have asked for more or better treatment. Did I mention that they have a pharmacy on the premises so you don't have to go running to the drugstore after your doctors visit? Convenience and competence...
