Maybe that's not included in the full body massage, I know some places are like that, but definitely my feet and my hands were really sad to walk out without a massage on them after specifically stating that that's what I wanted.

I called and they said they'd cancel it. Then later they sent me a reminder for my appointment so I texted the text line (it was after hours at that point) to make sure they actually canceled it, they didn't. Short story, they harassed me at work the next day MULTIPLE times, about not having it on file that I canceled, had the nerve to ask me for screen shots of my call log to prove I called etc, I said sure! Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you!

Avoid this place at all cost.. all they care about is charging you. I was fighting an infection and made my appt days after the second round of antibiotics. The night before when the nurse called me, I explained my entire medical situation to her and let her know that I just started the third round of antibiotics minutes before she called as my body wasn't reacting to the antibiotics I had been taking. The next morning of my appt I wasn't well, very nauseas. I called to let them know I'll have to reschedule after my antibiotics were done. All she said is... well you spoke to the nurse right and she cleared you regarding the antibiotics? I said yes.. she said so we'll have to charge you... hope it was worth the $50! Response to Mary after my original message... Thank you for the response, Mary. However, it misses the point entirely. While I understand and respect cancellation policies, they are typically designed to prevent 'no-shows' or casual cancellations, not to penalize a client experiencing a sudden medical crisis. I was proactive and transparent with your nurse the night before. Unfortunately, health situations--especially those requiring multiple rounds of intensive antibiotics--can escalate unexpectedly overnight. Expecting a patient to 'predict' they will be too ill to leave the house 24 hours in advance during a medical emergency is unreasonable. Offering to have me come in 'later that day' when I had already explained I was unwell and under strict medical care shows a complete lack of empathy and basic listening. To charge a $50 penalty under these specific, documented circumstances is a choice that prioritizes a small fee over human compassion and long-term client relationships. It is a disappointing introduction to a local business, and I will certainly be taking my business back to facilities that value their clients' well-being over a cancellation fee

When we booked, we specifically requested two female therapists. We were both initially given female therapists and the massage started. The massages themselves were also extremely disappointing. There was essentially no pressure or real massage technique--my therapist mostly put oil on my back and rubbed in circles. Justin said he was experiencing basically the same thing with his massage. Then, halfway through our massages, we suddenly started hearing a man's voice in the room. We realized that my fiancés facefemale therapist had apparently been replaced by a male therapist. Nobody asked us, nobody told us, and nobody explained what was happening. We had specifically requested female therapists, so having Justin's therapist changed to a man without our knowledge or consent was incredibly uncomfortable. We were not given an explanation when we questioned it. I eventually became so upset that I got dressed and walked out. A manager came in, but we still did not receive a reasonable explanation for why this happened. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday experience for my fiancé, and instead we left feeling uncomfortable, confused, and extremely disappointed. Staffing issues happen, but you communicate with your customers and ask before making a significant change to the service they specifically requested. Changing someone's therapist halfway through a massage without saying anything is not acceptable to us. I would not return.

Erin takes the time to understand her clients' preferences and concerns before starting the process. She makes sure to ask about any specific requirements or issues and uses her expertise to create a look that complements the client's facial features. She is patient, gentle, and makes sure that her clients are comfortable throughout the entire process. I also appreciated that Erin took the time to educate me on the proper care and maintenance of my eyebrows. What a beautiful academy of beauty! I attended a total permanent makeup course taught by Anna at Micro Beauty Academy. I did a lot of research, and decide to go here and I could could not be happier. She was very patient, detailed and caring. I've learned 6 days including proper way to sanitize, how to design, color theory, corrections, business tips and so much more! Oh, and lots for practice, too! After that i was able to work on live models. I have attended beauty classes several times before, in different places, and I can say with certainty that Anna is one of the best instructors I've ever met, and a fantastic beauty artist. She is not only knowledgeable about SMP, she is very professional and can provide you the desired look you are going for. When I arrived, I marveled at the beautiful space and gorgeous people. Everyone who works here has amazing brows, and so they are walking / talking advertisements. Jen, the receptionist, was very kind and patient for this first-timer. I paid the balance of $700 and finally met my brow artist, Bella. Bella is gorgeous! It's kinda intimidating but she's also super sweet and put me at ease. She explained every single step and took time to answer my questions. It's a process...I think I was there for close to two hours. Logistics: In 2023, the parking lot was $2.25 per every 30 minutes and not validated. Metered street parking was available but read the signs carefully. It has now been a year and a half and I can honestly say this has changed my life for the better! My brows were very uneven and thinning (thyroid condition) - which made me look so old and tired!! I now look bright-eyed and bushy tailed each morning after I roll out of bed. No makeup needed! To start she notice my right was just slightly higher than my left eyebrow. For my face it's pretty minor and other than that is fairly symmetric. However, she's had other clients where the muscles are pretty different, that being said she worked with it all. After that she confirms that you're happy with the shape and even cleans up any strays. I am the worst and barely trim but she flawlessly reshaped my eyebrows before drawing them in. Now for the microblading. Having done it before I have had mixed experiences. Some pain, minor pain, some discomfort it's a mix. However, I felt no pain this time around, and it's because Ana is so aware on top of the topical numbing cream she makes sure to give you additional so you don't feel it. She wants to make the experience was painless as possible. She works both with a traditional microblading tool and gun to make sure everything is perfect!
