David followed up with monthly in-office visits to do follow-up injections while I waited on prescription approval David also checked to make sure everything was working as intended. He also assisted with getting the prescription through my insurance company, which was a nightmare. And a big thank you to Katie, RN, who also had a lot to do with getting the insurance company to cover the medication. Katie not only got the prescription approved, but assisted in getting a very nice discount, which saved me thousands of dollars. In the last few years, Doctor Weitzbach's annual skin cancer checks have found 2 cancers (one requiring radiation and one Mohs surgery) and numerous pre-cancers requiring freezing. The two most serious cancers were caught so early that second opinions from plastic surgeons verified Dr. Weitzbach's early detection saved us from potentially disfiguring surgery that would have been required if the tumors had been allowed to grow. His and his team's treatment of our children has been equally exceptional. Whether treating severe adolescent acne with Accutane, strategies for Psoriasis or simple acne facials, we could not have asked for more or better treatment. Did I mention that they have a pharmacy on the premises so you don't have to go running to the drugstore after your doctors visit? Convenience and competence... They do validate parking for the parking structure that is within the Topanga Village (don't park in the outside 90 min parking, instead drive up into the structure towards Total Wines). Instead, I was told my appointment had been changed to 1:30 PM. After I showed them my confirmation, the front desk acknowledged that Burke Williams had accidentally changed my reservation without notifying me. At that point, I had no choice but to rush. I had just come from work in the summer heat and didn't want to lie face down on a massage table covered in sweat and makeup. Instead of beginning my spa day feeling relaxed, I was stressed and scrambling because of a mistake that wasn't mine. My massage therapist was wonderful, and this review is not a reflection of her. She gave a great massage, but even that couldn't undo the stressful start to the experience. By the time I was finally able to relax, my massage was almost over. The front desk initially offered me a discount. I was the one who asked whether they could also include a complimentary enhancement, and they agreed. The following day, I called Burke Williams because I still felt the situation hadn't been appropriately addressed and asked to speak with a manager. The manager apologized and offered me a $50 gift card. While I appreciate the apology, I don't believe the resolution matched the impact of Burke Williams' mistake. This wasn't a scheduling mix-up on my end. Burke Williams changed my reservation without my knowledge, admitted it was their mistake, yet I still lost part of the relaxing experience that I paid for. When you book a luxury spa, you're paying for more than the massage itself. You're paying for the opportunity to unwind from the moment you walk in. Because of Burke Williams' mistake, that experience was taken away before my treatment even began. I expected more from a business that markets itself as a luxury spa, and unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed.

Ana is not only very skilled at what she does, but she is kind, compassionate and a real professional. I went in to see Ana a year after after my brows had been done by someone else. I wasn't happy with them because they were uneven and I didn't love the shape. Ana made my brows symmetrical,she lifted the arch of my eyebrows, and made them thicker, giving me a much better look. She also corrected the color of my brows to match my skin tone. She is very knowledgeable in her field and does everything to make her clients happy. I also had some areas of hair loss on my scalp which were very embarrassing. I asked Ana if she could microblade my scalp too. She microbladed hairlines on those areas and she did a wonderful job. I've been getting my brows waxed by Ronnie for a few months. I never saw another person in the salon, that's not to say they definitely weren't there but had I known the salon was normally closed on Sundays I would have scheduled another day. The appointment was available on her scheduler like any normal appointment. Conversation also seemed in my opinion inappropriate and unprofessional. During my first few brow sessions with Ronnie my brows turned out great. I prefer fuller brows which was what I got the first few times. She normally leaves the center of the brow full and I've discussed how that's important to me. This time she waxed all the way to the center of the brow. To me it seems like she took off more than she has before. She's also filled them in at each of my previous appointments, but she didn't this time. I drive pretty far for this appointment and pay more than double what my previous brow artist charged for peace of mind that my brows would turn out well. Because Ronnie specializes in thicker brows I expected to have consistency with how my brows were waxed. Unfortunately, that's not what I got so I'll be looking for a new brow artist.

It's a process...I think I was there for close to two hours. Logistics: In 2023, the parking lot was $2.25 per every 30 minutes and not validated. Metered street parking was available but read the signs carefully. It has now been a year and a half and I can honestly say this has changed my life for the better! My brows were very uneven and thinning (thyroid condition) - which made me look so old and tired!! I now look bright-eyed and bushy tailed each morning after I roll out of bed. No makeup needed! It's a miracle! Thank you so very much to Bella and Yelp!!!

I purchased 3 body butters and once I received them there was no turning back. I even hooked my mom onto them. She then let me know she came out with a children's line in which my daughter loves.
