They implemented a new way of threading brows without using their mouths to pull the hair. I was very intrigued how they've adapted & use something attached to their mask to pull the string. I went in for a henna brow and they did a HORRIBLE job!!! I thought she would fill them in and make them look fuller but she basically just went in with the the little amount of hair that I had and didnt see a difference at all. Disappointing.. Usually this place is really good but this last visit was not good at all. I might as well have stayed home. The owner and the older women that work there always do a great job, but whoever this young girl was that threaded my eyebrows messed them up. All I asked for was a clean up on my eyebrows, which includes threading and some light scissor work. She threaded my eyebrows like she wasn't sure what to do and halfway through doing it she let out a sigh of disappointment then called some other young woman over to try and help her which didn't make any difference. Overall not a good visit. If you come here, avoid getting work done by the younger girls because they don't do a good job. They need to have the owner or more experienced workers be there for assistance. read more

Thought I had found my eyebrow threading place after the one I used to go to, unfortunately closed due to Covid. I found Bella during the first time that a covid allowed for businesses to open outdoors. This was around September 2020? Or so, loved it because it was in the parking lot. The person that helped me was soo nice, we had a good chat about good Indian food in the area. Anyway, I returned about 2-3 times after. Pretty satisfied. But this time, most recently, I was disappointed. Although they have a sign that says face coverings, they had a person getting threaded WITHOUT a face covering. The woman who helped me( didn't get her name), decided to help me but was rushed. And also made a comment about one eyebrow being shorter than the other? (Okaaay? There's not much I can do there, not like I cut my eyebrow or something??).. anyway, then as she helped me the other person sitting in the chair next to Me continued to be WITHOUT a face mask/covering. Again, I felt very rushed and also not the welcoming experience I normally have. Time to find a new place. read more
