Been coming to Liza Threading since 2015. They have two locations in Oxnard. One at the Centerpoint & the other at the Esplanade. You come in, sign in on their clipboard & wait. They don't necessarily do appointments, it's more of a walk-in basis. So plan to spend at least 30 minutes here, longer if you come in during their peak times. You're most likely to get a different gal each time, unless you ask when their availability times are. Thank you to Hari, she's the sweetest. Always keeping my eyebrows "on fleek". Absolutely loves this place. I moved here from the east coast and I have yet to find a great eyebrow place until now. The ladies here do a good job. Sometimes they may be a little tougher than i like but threading is painful either way. They don't try to up sell me and definitely deliver great brows! Only con is that last time I came I was there at "opening", no one showed to open the front door until 10 minutes late. read more

This was my second time going to Liza threading the first time it was amazing one of the lady's did a great job. this past time HORRIBLE the lady by the name Kim,do your self a favor and don't get them done by her she ruined my left eyebrow completely. They also don't greet you at all they're not very welcoming but the first time the lady had done the job so I didn't mind but this time with the lady by the name Kim everything was horrible I asked for a simple clean up and she completely took of half my left eyebrow making it super super thin I went home and cried I was so upset I wasn't even able to say anything to her because the damage was already done and I was just so upset I'm truly traumatized I loved my eyebrows. read more

Hit or miss type of experience. I tend to see a trend of who to go to. It seems to me- based off of observation- the younger employees know how to thread. Meaning they clean up and don't leave the eyebrows thinly shaped. The older ladies are a bit aggressive and literally clean the whole eye brow off. I would rate this spot a 5 but the hiccups knock off a good 2 stars. Best advice is find your go to threader and stick with her. read more

I have been going to Liza's threading (both locations) for almost 3 years. And I have never had a bad experience and my eye brows are always on "Fleek" Every employee is so kind. With this being said do not go into an eye brow place with expectations to change your eyebrow look drastically. Yes they have an eyebrow shape poster. But not every shape will work for you. These women are trained to tailor an eye brow shape for your face. I have been coming here enough to witness some pretty rude people with far to high of expectations looking to get threaded for free because they are "unhappy" with how their eyebrows turned out, when in reality they looked spectacular! You all need to remember that these woman are human too and there is no need to be rude! I trust bisnu and hari highly with my eyebrows. read more

I have been going to Liza Threading to both places Centerpoint and Esplanade for past year or so. I just love Bisnu , and only go with her. The wait is never long. I have my two daughters going to her also . She is fabulous and fast, she does such a professional job and she has such a good hand will not hurt at all. Although it does take some time to wait--which is why I recommend going on one's day off, the staff does a great job. They are very precise on their threading. They're also much more friendly than the people over at a local threading place right in the same area (yes, I am being 100% shady).
