Clean, but they weren't very friendly. No one spoke to us except to ask the color we wanted and what level of pedicure we wanted. They do not accept tips via credit card, so we had to go get cash and go back to tip them. I noticed that they don't single use dip, they just stick anyone's fingers in the dip powder - this bothers me as I actually got a fungus on my nail from this practice (at a different salon). Very poor experience at the salon this morning. Made 2 appointments for 9am and there was only one technician when we got there, to top it off there was another appt scheduled for 9am. My mother and the other woman had to wait 30 mins for additional technicians to arrive and then another 930 appt showed up who also had to wait. When there are appts made I expect there to be people there to take care of their customers. Very pricey for the very short service I received and a very minimal massage. There were also fruit flies flying around where my pedicure was being done. I will not be back. Very disappointed in the service. read more

This is a new place in Parker, and I would definitely recommend as I have tried others and so far this one has been the best. I received a gel mani and a pedi and my gel is still in place 3 weeks later, where before if I got a week to 10 days out of them I was lucky. My nails look like chiclet gum pieces glued on my fingers. If you're going to go to this salon, don't go to Kyle. It's super clean and Amy was incredible helpful. This was my 3rd visit to Bella V Nails. The first time was pretty good, the second time the polish job was messy and uneven, though I thought the tech might be new. Third time was a decent mani/pedi, but I won't return for several reasons. 1. I upgraded to the Dead Sea pedicure and the tech spent about 30 seconds sloughing each foot. I had to ask her to do a little more to get just a minimal amount of dry skin off. 2. Said upgrade cost $18 more than the basic pedi and was really just the salt scrub that was added. 3. Regular pedi is $27, mani $17; together you get a discount at $40. However, since I upgraded to the $45 pedi, they charged me $17 for the mani, no discount, for a total of $62. So the upgrade really costs $22. Ridiculous- never again! 4. The basic manicure was very basic. No exfoliation, no hot towels, no hot stones, minimal lotion even. There are other salons that include all of this in a manicure. 5. Upsell. They recommended and seemed disappointed when I didn't want to do a "longer lasting" manicure, i.e. gels or acrylics, etc. Overall, my nails look nice, so 3 stars, but after tip my bill was $75, so I wish I felt a little better about the experience, maybe more pampered when I left. I've been here twice, once for a pedicure and once for a manicure. The pedicure turned out looking nice, but getting there was rough & dangerous (they used a "cheese grater" quite forcefully on my heels even though I asked them to be more gentle.) I should have spoken up and ask them not to use it at all. The 2nd time I got a manicure. It was horrible as far as service... I'm not sure of the lady's name, but she was older and wasn't wearing one of the coats the other technicians were wearing. She didn't greet me, didn't say hello, never made eye contact, asked me if I had ever had a manicure before because my nails were so bad. How rude! She definitely wasn't winning points with me. She tried guilting me into getting Shellac because a "regular manicure would't last and wouldn't look good".. ok, thanks? I know my nails, budget and time better than you, lady. She was rough with my hands, rough with the cuticle nippers, making me bleed once. Then she smudged my clear coat on the underlying towel. When i mentioned this to her, she grabbed my hand to investigate and said "so what do you want me to do about it?" (there were clear smudges on the base coat, and would have shown through when she put the color on)... I asked her to please redo the two smudged nails and she huffed, grabbed my fingers again, roughly removing and repolishing. She huffed and rolled her eyes the whole time. My daughter was with me and her technician was ok, but never spoke up to say anything. I will never visit this place again. It might look nice and new and clean, but don't be fooled! read more

Best nail salon in the Denver area. Charlie is awesome, as well as Max! They really take the time to listen to what you want and are up to date on all of the latest nail trends (coffin, stiletto, rhinestone designs and so on). Pedicures are great as well, and they use disposable tub liners for each client to keep things sanitary! Lots of upgrade options and they use great Dead Sea salt scrubs and lotions which I love. Worst pedicure experience I've had. Had a 9am appointment and the technician didn't show up to work until 9:20. She then spilled knocked my Starbucks on the floor and never even apologized. To top it off when I paid there was a sign that said they only accept cash tips. When I told her I didn't have any cash she told me I could go to Sprouts next door and buy something and then take out cash! Unbelievable; very poor customer service. read more

Very rushed and toenails already chipped. I paid extra for the Dead Sea Salt pedicure - they did not include the salt soak, and the entire experience was very rushed. I was rushed out of my chair and dropped at the dryer - and didn't see my nail tech again. I never go without leaving a tip, but in this case, I didn't tip. I would have complained and insisted they refund me, but I had to run out the door for holiday travel. Definitely not worth the money and will not be back. read more

(I like the long coffin shape look) when I first moved here I went to *the best nail salon in Denver* just to find that they are extremely rude, don't do what you ask, are always packed, and expensive among many other things. I literally drove past this place and needed my nails done. Whatever I had some time to kill. Charlie is amazing. You tell her what you want and she delivers. I hate when multiple people start and finish my nails, if you have Charlie she starts and finishes everything herself. Walked in today to get new set of nails, pedicure, and eyebrows waxed. Staff was very friendly. Amy and Justin were very professional and their work was exquisite. I had been reluctant to find another nail salon since I had been used to going to my old one for the past few years. I am glad I changed. Seeing the cleanliness of the salon and use of the sterilizer (the technicians open the items in front of you and do not reuse the sterilizer bags). I was also impressed with the new pedicure kit they used on me and gave to me to take home. I enjoyed all of the extras with the pedicure, including the mud mask, sugar scrub, and paraffin treatments. I was also able to enjoy the massage chair and did not feel that the pedicure time was cut short. Definitely worth the time and money. I also liked the fact that all of their services are listed with the cost and Amy gave me a discount since I was having multiple services. The staff had a gentle touch and took the time to make sure I was happy with the work. The selection of nail polish and artificial nails was phenomenal. Will be a recurring client.
