Massage chairs are great and they give a really excellent shoulder rub while waiting for your nails to dry, which is a great perk. Huge color selection and choices for different types of lotions and oils etc. for foot and leg massage with your pedicure. When I questioned the higher price, I was told there were extra charges for the gel color, something that was never explained beforehand. Only after I pointed out the discrepancy was I refunded $5. Customers shouldn't have to question their bill every time they visit. Transparent pricing is basic customer service. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling like there is always going to be another surprise charge added at checkout.

The place is cozy and little later Carine came out. She gave paper work to do and asked to be seated for sometime. My facial was good. Carine did a nice job.
