I went there the other day for a nail set and a pedicure I went and got a basic French nail tips not too long and they took almost 3 hours which is ridiculous they're also chipping easily, Because of how long they took i ended up not getting pedicure and asked for just two acrylic nails ( which all of them looked confused and almost judging ) on my toes and the rest painted all white they continued to rush no filing or shaping and left them thick ( mind you I paid 50$ I pay that regulary with a pedicure so it was ridiculous. ) and my toes are also chipping and in pain. The pictures provided show the sharper almond nail set by Susan. She is very detailed, careful and gentle, easy going, & friendly. My daughter loves that she gives options to help understand what you want. Warning: TOE INFECTION Be cautious when coming here, especially if you get cut. I came here on December 22nd, right before Christmas, for a self-care day. After paying $145 (including tip), I was hoping I would leave feeling relaxed and happy, but it slowly turned into a week of pain in my toe that ended in a $75 urgent care bill and 10 days of antibiotics four times a day. I had been here before for a pedicure and thought nothing of it to come back again. I went in around noon and didn't leave until around 5:40 pm, including returning to get some bubbles out of my nails. The pedicurist I got was a young man fresh out of high school whose name I have forgotten. All was going well, then I asked for an ingrown cut. I have done this at other salons and thought nothing of it. I didn't have a major ingrown, just a little pressure on the toe. He didn't know how to cut it, so he asked an older and, I assume, more experienced person to come cut it. She used a sharp tool that I hadn't seen where it came from. I put a lot of trust in these places, so I didn't question a thing. The problem came when I was cut in the inner crease of my toe. It hurt, but I thought I was fine until I saw the blood. No gushing, but blood is blood. Immediately, I was nervous about infection and the potential of getting the gel polish done. I then brought my concern to my pedicurist and was assured I was okay and that he had seen people with worse cuts and more blood who still got their services done. HUGE RED FLAG. At the time, though, I was trying to remain calm as it was my relaxation day. The gel polish was done nicely, and I asked that he clean between my toe where the cut was every time he put a new layer on, which he did. What wasn't cool was that I didn't get the 10-minute foot massage I paid for. In the past, I have had pedicurists who use timers so they know how much time to spend on each foot. That was not used here, and when it was done, I got maybe 2-3 minutes for each foot before he finished. I was upset by that, but my upsetness was overshadowed by my fear of potentially contracting something with my cut. I thought it would be fine and that all would be well. My manicurist was a woman whose name I also forgot. We had a friendly chat, and she gave me the cat-eye nails I had hoped for! The price was hefty, but that's the going rate, and I got gel for both my hands and nails. Also, adding things like cat eye costs more. However, I get to my car and am about to leave when I notice bubbles from the polish in my nails on almost all of my nails and some more than just one bubble. I had no idea how I missed that in the salon, but they were so noticeable in broad daylight. After spending $145, I didn't want to feel unhappy about my nails. I went back in and asked for my manicurist. I go in and try to be thorough about the bubbles. She took care of them fast, which was great, but sometimes she would fix them, and then the new polish had a bubble, so she would have to do it over again. What upset me was that she commented when I was trying to look for the next bubbles and said something like, "Oh, is it not there anymore?" As if to say I didn't know what I was talking about and that I was inconveniencing both of us. Not cool. The pain in my toe would only grow, and then it became hard to walk. What horrible timing because the holidays had me so busy. I finally went to the urgent care after Christmas. My toe had become red and discolored, eventually turning purple, and there was puss. Later I found out the exact same thing happened to one of my friends after getting her toes done at this salon. And who knows how many other times this has happened. I returned on January 4th for a full refund for my toes, but I could only get $50 after they first offered only $40. I was kind and accepted it but that's outrageous. I understand only giving a small amount back if someone doesn't like their nails, but I had to go to URGENT CARE. Thank you for apologizing, but please be better about hygiene Bella Vista. I don't even wanna give them one star. I went in with my coworker before work and asked the lady at the front for acrylic set for me and my coworker. As the gentleman sat me down. He started doing my nails at a super fast pace. I realized he was even doing what they usually do for acrylics and I told hey I apologize but I asked for acrylics. So he then clears everything and proceeds to do acrylics. At this point he is going faster than he was before. He even tore my skin around my nails. There's was glue all over my fingers he didn't even clean that off then. My nails are so messed up but I was embarrassed to say anything . Then i went to get my toes done and he trimmed my nail so short that it was bleeding and stung. He was very rough about everything and he did things way to fast! Never going back ever! Got a pedicure 5 weeks ago, and it's still holding pretty well! These ladies were so nice and did an amazing job! The salon is sparkling clean and really cute on the inside, the chairs were comfy and they even have a bar at the back for a margarita or mix drink. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Today me and a friend decided to meet up to catch up and chose this nail salad for our pedicures. The salon was not overly busy and it was well staffed. My friend even called ahead and set appointments for us...so far so good. She has frequented this salon before so she knows the staff. I had a lady to do my pedi and she had a male that maybe was new. I was very pleased with my experience however she did not get the same experience as I (we ordered the same type of pedicures). She repeatedly had to tell her person that he was missing steps and not performing everything that she was paying for. Ultimately she had to get the owner to complete her pedicure. read more

ZERO STARS--BELLA IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! AVOID IT LIKE THE CORONAVIRUS!!! Cheap nail polish. Overpriced. They don't use Top Coat; but they use a good amount of Base Coat, so your nail polish will chip off as soon as you step outside. Bad, lazy technicians. Despite paying for it, they don't provide adequate callus removal. Sloppy, uneven nail work. I left my list of grievances short and sweet to make it easier to understand why Bella is the crappiest place to get your nails done. You're better off having your 3 year old child paint your nails with watercolors. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Would give Zero if I could. A list of reasons why. I went today at 4:30, my first red flag should have been that it was empty. No works in sight. When someone came to help me and asked what I would like. He turned to a woman sitting at her station and she told him no she wouldn't take me. While getting a pedicure they did the bare minimum. If I can even say that. They didn't even bother cleaning up my cuticles. I can soak my feet in lukewarm water at home myself. The dead skin was not shaven off, my toe nails were not cut or filed, I was basically scrubbed with a scrub daddy on my feet. Massage chair was broken, foot spa had no bubbles, was not even given lotion at the end of service A 30$ service. They painted my toe nails an additional 18$ for gel nail polish. When doing my nails, they did no prep. No dehydrating of my nails, no sanding before the tip was added. I will not be surprised if these fall off with in the week. After sanding, and sculpting my nails they painted them. Left it a mess. I had to apply my own cuticle oil. A 60$ service. While I was there, no employee looked as if they wanted to work. They gave faces as soon as people walked in. If you didn't want customers, just turn off the open sign and leave. I will NEVER be going back. The reviews were good so I decided to try it. Biggest regret and waste of money ever. Don't even bother trying it. read more

It looks amazing, and has lasted without chips two weeks later even though I use my hands all the time. He was such a great nail technician and cared about my nail health as well, giving me advice on how to not damage them at other salons that I visit (I am from out of town).
