My husband and I went for a pedicure. Even the current situation the place was clean and even you have to wear a mask, the whole experience was very good. Aby did such an amazing g job with my pedicure and was gentle yet assertive with my feet massage and my toes look amazing. I will definitely go back and get pampering time. read more

I am extremely disappointed in the way people of color are treated here. I used to frequent this place until once when I was made to wait over 25 minutes yet 3 women were serviced before me that came In as walk ins. I brought my elderly mother-in-law once with me, and she has continued to come, because it is really close to her home, and for sheer convenience. She is a 75 year old black woman, and today she went in and came home extremely disappointed because there were a-lot of women in there being catered too and serviced and she wasn't. Everyone had been offered a drink, except her, she was upset and asked them why she wasn't offered a drink and she eventually asked the owner why they were treating her different. She went on for about 15 minutes about how she was passed over, how her pedicure technician was extremely rough on her and skipping steps in her pedicure. No customer should be made to feel that way! read more

My regular nail tech from another location was out on vacation & today was my only day off .... checked Yelp & decided to try out United Nails & Spa & they were fabulous, I highly recommend Leo for nail dip & along with the organic pedicure with Rose & hot stone massage , he was awesome. At first I really liked this salon, the people are super kind but the quality of my nails is so terrible. I got a gel manicure and less than 2 weeks in they are peeling like stickers... I've been getting nails for 10+ years and have never had my nails not last like this. When I called they told me it's normal with gel which is absolutely not true. $50 wasted. Came here on my lunch break to get my nails done. Asked for dipping powder on my natural nails with a black french tip and some sparkles. I was quoted $60 and thought that was fine as it shows on their website that dipping powder with french tip is $55. I'm not sure who it was that did my nails as I didn't get their name but everything was going fine up until it was time to add the french tip. He did a straight line across and asked me what type of french tip i would like. I've been getting my nails done since I could basically walk and I've never been asked what type of french tip I want. I was confused and decided to show him a picture of what I wanted and he told me it would be an extra $15 to do a "moon french tip." I've gotten my nails done this exact same way by asking for the exact same thing at various different nail salons across town and have never been told it would be an extra $15 to make the french tip line up with the shape of my nails. If I was going to be asked what type of french tip i wanted then he should've asked me at the beginning and let me know that the total price would've been $75. He ended up charging me the $60 but I didn't appreciate that they tried to upcharge me half way through the service. My nails were overall done well minus some minor mistakes but when it came time to pay their machine was down and I was asked to pay via Zelle. It was honestly a hassle having to use Zelle at a business and I found it to be rather unprofessional. For those looking to come here be very descriptive with what you want up front. Don't think I'll be coming here again. read more

Constant staff turnover This place does not do apportionments This place has numerous broken salon pedi seats that hurt since there is no cushion. Owner and worker have a lackadaisical attitude when you call and ask for a specific tech. Actually sound like you are bothering them when you call to ask if there's a wait. Never coming back. Open for two months. 10% off with Yelp check-in. Got a pedicure for $45 after discount, plus tip. The owner herself did my pedi and was nice. They offered margaritas, wine, mimosas, etc. we declined but there were some jezebels in there having a grand old time laughing all loud, now on their second or third margarita. It feels sort of sterile and warehouse like. There are sixteen chairs for pedicures, and an equal number for manicures. If you are not into low shelf drinks, there is also bottled water. read more

I have been to this nail salon twice now. Both times the staff was super friendly the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. Ryan is the pleasant gentleman greeting clients as they enter. Vincent has been my nail specialist both times and I have only high praise for his work. Vincent works quickly, but with attention to detail. The nails are never too thick, uneven, or hastily done. I got a fill this time, as a follow up to my full set done two weeks ago. I also changed the polish color on my fingers and toes. I was in and out within 90 minutes. Vincent and Kam, another nail specialist, both encouraged me to get artwork next time, as they are both quite skilled. They have many examples, and a portfolio to peruse. Additionally, they informed me I could find something online that appealed to me and they would do their best to copy it. The pricing is fair, and easily accessed by looking in their menu binder. The business is clean; music is not too loud; and drinks are offered. No one was pushy for upselling things you don't want or need. This is me literally right after i left the salon. Super thick dip manicure. I asked nail tech to file it down but he refused to listen and told me "it's the perfect thickness." i showed him a picture of the nail design i wanted before we started and he said ok it could be done. He ended up doing a different design because he couldn't deliver the original design I wanted. I would have given 2 stars if he just told me from the very beginning that he couldn't do the design. It's a waste of his time and mine. read more

HANNAH!!!!!! I am over the moon that I have found my go to. Hannah is talented, kind, and extremely detail oriented. When I sat down she asked me if I wanted a design. I'd never been asked that and figured it might just be an add on for extra money. But this day I just said "why not!" and hoped for the best. And I'm so glad I did. Hannah loves doing designs and it so good at it. Any of those dreamy Pinterest nail designs I've seen I'm confident Hannah can do it. I cannot wait to go back and get my new set! I had a great experience here! My sister And I decided to book appointments for my sisters wedding. We had a pedicure and a manicure. Both of our technicians were amazing and professional. Most of the time when I go to a nail salon, I'm greeted and was sat pretty quickly. However, I normally have to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before they even get started on me. People come and go after me. This is the first salon I've been to where they waited on me right away. They offer you drinks and massage chairs. They even have a full bar. I was pregnant when I went and they gave me a mask when I asked for one. My technician was gentle but thorough. I'm very happy with the work that she did on both my toes and my nails. The pedicure was first. They spent about 30 minutes alone with just a massage. It was so relaxing and just what I needed to unwind. The spa treatment that I got was inclusive of a paraffin wax on my feet and the hot stone massage. Then I got my manicure and I decided to go with tips and a dip. I asked for some accent nails which was inclusive of a subtle glitter ombre, and they look so great! The prices here are pretty comparable to other salons, but in my opinion, this one had top notch service, with quality to match. Ask for V, she was amazing! read more

I'll try to keep this review short so please bare with me! I first visited United Nails & Spa about a month ago. I came here before my wedding to get a mani and a pedi. The lady who helped me that day - which I wish I remembered her name - was wonderful! She first did my pedicure and gave me a very relaxing foot massage. She then moved to get my nails done and we chatted about our life, travel, family, etc! She was just the sweetest and also did a beautiful work. If I would've written this review that day, I would for sure give this place a solid 5 STARS....but that wasn't the case. I came back here for a second time with my husband last weekend to remove the shellac of my toes and hands. Again, I requested a mani and a pedi for myself, and a pedicure for my husband. The girl who was helping me was trying to multitask the entire time which was very unpleasant. She kept going back and forth between my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and made the experience a not-so-relaxing one. When doing my pedicure, she cut me at least 4 times while trying to remove the cuticle, and she didn't even say "sorry" or "are you ok?", she kept working while blood was coming out of my feet. She also did the same thing with my nails; cut me on three fingers and when I pointed out that blood was coming out she just let it go and kept putting nail polish on top of it. What the heck?! When doing my pedicure, she didn't even try to give me a little foot massage or anything because she was too busy going back on forth with my nails. My husband was sitting next to me and I could see how Sophie (the lady who was helping him) was giving him the correct style of pedicure and would even ask if the pressure was OK? how was he feeling? etc. He was having a total different experience than mine. At the end we both finished our services basically at the same time, when I paid for two and he paid for one. I don't know how is that even possible? It all felt so rushed and honestly a very bad experience. If I come back, I am definitely asking for Sophie and staying away from the other lady. PS: One of my toes still hurts from that cut between my nail, and it's already been a few days since this....definitely not OK. read more

This was a routine appointment--my usual services with the addition of a simple eyebrow cleanup. What I walked away with was not only physical damage but an experience so shockingly unprofessional that it has permanently soured my trust in this brand. The so-called "wax specialist" managed to get wax stuck in my hair and proceeded to over-wax one of my eyebrows to the point of it being practically bald. This was the complete opposite of what I clearly requested: a basic, minimal clean-up to maintain my natural shape. The difference between my two brows is glaring--something no competent technician should ever allow to happen. When I expressed my horror and asked to speak to the manager, Victoria Willis, a multi-unit manager, I was flat-out refused. Let me repeat that: A manager refused to speak to a customer who had just received visible, damaging, and unacceptable service at the hands of her staff. I've worked in the corporate world both as an employee and a customer, and never in my life have I witnessed such blatant disregard for customer care or accountability. In what world does a manager hide from a legitimate complaint involving botched services and physical injury? The sheer lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency is appalling. To make matters worse, I had redness, irritation, and inflammation along my brow line and scalp from the wax--documented in the photos attached. No one in leadership offered an apology, or any form of resolution. I was only offered hair growth product AFTER I burst out in tears over this horrific experience and my close to bald brow. In the end, I was dismissed like my experience didn't matter. This location is an embarrassment to the EWC brand. If Victoria Willis is the standard for leadership, it reflects a toxic culture of negligence and cowardice. To the corporate office: Do better. And to other customers--go elsewhere unless you want your appearance and dignity left in shambles.

WTC takes pride in their work and they want to make sure you leave without the hair you came in with. I don't like my eyebrows to be shaped like crazy so it's nice they can have them looking natural without Chewbacca lying on a hammock between my eyebrows... My favorite part is their honesty and that includes when you're not due for another service. I recently came in asking if I needed to get my eyebrows done and instead they suggested I just do a "maintenance" service to hold me until my next full eyebrow wax. They use a calming oil afterwards to help with the redness which I greatly appreciate. Most importantly is the waxing doesn't hurt; rather it's like a quick flinch. If you have any allergies you should get your nostrils done! It truly makes a difference and you won't have to worry about them going all the way up your nose. It's just around the nostril flares. PS- They have a yelp checkin offer for your chance to win a free service!

I paid $20 for an eyebrow wax which I would've been fine with if my eyebrows were perfect and a symmetrical and I didn't have to do anything when I left but I've paid $12 for an eyebrow wax that was much cleaner. The facility was clean, the service was quick, but this will not be a place that I come back to.

As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.
