I came in to remove an old dip set I got terribly done at another nail salon. Bella removed my old set & gave me the cleanest pretty pink gel manicure. She was gentle, as I had broken half my nail on my pinky. I will be back to get a new full set once my nail heals

I generally don't write reviews unless it was on extreme sides of the spectrum. This place is awesome! Found this place as I was trying to find somewhere open late (they're open til 8). Heather had to fix my nails from the previous place I had gone to that had done a terrible job. She explained to me why I was having acrylics chip and break and redid my nails super carefully. She does a minimum 3 coats on the polish so it's more durable. The next time I came in (which I didn't see the first time because I was in such a frenzy about my broken nails) I noticed that they have complimentary waters, wine, juice, chips and candy!!!! So I sipped on my wine while I got my nails done!! I highly recommend this spot!

Went here on a Saturday afternoon. I was the only person in there and Heather was working. I got a gel mani. They do have a wide selection of colors though no OPI colors (which I prefer). She did a good job with my nails, I wish the cuticles had been cleaned up a little more. I know times are tough right now so I don't want to discourage anyone from checking this place out. At $30 for a gel mani you can't beat it!

Next I was brought over to do the dip and you would of thought the building was on fire she was moving so quickly! Again very uneven dip all over my cuticles and skin. I gave two star because they were very friendly. Really disappointed I don't think I'll be back.

This nail salon is calm and peaceful, and my nails consistently look beautiful. They remember your name when you walk in the door and the experience is Professional, thorough, and I always feel then when I arrived and my nails look gorgeous. We had the BEST pedicure experience at this wonderful nail spa. Truly such a quality experience from walking in to leaving. They took such great care with our much needed TLC feet. Loved getting to know their family business story and will absolutely be back again and again. read more

This was hands-down, one of the worst pedicures I've ever had! It was Half assed from start to finish. This man spent three times the amount of time cleaning up the mess He was making around my toes then he did painting my actual toenails. I'm sorry, but if you cannot see, you have no business working in a nail shop. I was cut and I was burned multiple times. I did not even bother finishing the pedicure. I paid the $45 and I left now I get to go home and redo them myself. This was NOT a good choice! read more

Went because was looking for a last minute walk-in pedi. Will never go back. Guy was creepy, didn't speak much English and gauged my nails. Knew I'd walk away with something weird from there and did. Had to pick polish off a card and somehow ended up with gel. read more

I have since gone elsewhere. I let Bella, the owners wife do my nails several times, and after that I just got frustrated, she does not listen, or if you point out something you would like corrected, she argues about it, like denying the nail polish is lumpy or the shape was uneven. Then the pedicure she gave me, was not very thorough, 3 days later I noticed quite a bit of dry dead skin and callous returned. read more

We went here based on the decent online reviews. Place was quite dirty. We were the only people in the salon except for our manicurists and 3 men just sitting around snacking and watching their iPads. It had a very weird vibe. My daughters appt was for a dip manicure and when she sat down her manicurist immediately started cutting her nails off. They were not tips. They were her actual nails. We honestly couldn't believe it. They ended up having to put tips on. The finished product was terrible and uneven and just a mess. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon. read more

The last two pedicures with Heather were awesome. However the last time I scheduled an appointment with Heather, I arrived on time and Heather was not in the salon. A male who did not identify himself and spoke little English said Heather was gone. He indicate he would do my pedicure. I was very hesitant but thought I would give it a try. Before I knew it, he clipped my large toenail at such a severe angle (instead of straight across) I had no doubt it would create an issue...which it did. I have been suffering with an ingrown toenail ever since which has prevented me from wearing ANY closed toe shoes. I will be seeing a Podiatrist this coming week! I learned a lesson the hard way. Spend a few more dollars and go to a reputable nail salon that has been trained to cut nails correctly. read more

I walked in to fix my nails and I thought it would be good to try a new place. Well, the woman that did my nails was so sweet, however- the little dog in the salon would not stop barking! I love dogs- but this little one was so annoying. Also there was a strong scent of either cigarette smoke or something else. When I went to check out she dies nit take visa as advertised on her four- she insisted on Cash or check.. it was very strange experience. read more

All staff are very nice and courteous. They have a great selection of colors and the nail polish lasts. I got regular nail polish(no gel) and lasted two weeks! I gave them 3 stars because all services are $3 to &4 more expansive than any nail place and the arms' chairs are dirty. read more

HORRIBLE!! Do NOT go here!! Heather tried to scam me on a gel removal. Menu says $10, she tried to charge me $30 and when I pointed it out on the menu she kept making things up and demanding $30. She also told me my nails were ugly natural without polish which is how I prefer them, because she wanted me to get more services. Soooo rude and only takes cash which was not mentioned until the end. So I came back with cash and paid not a PENNY more than the menu price. At least one of us is honest. read more

Found my new nail place! I absolutely love this place! Heather is amazing and my nails are gorgeous. Me and my daughter purchased manicures and pedicures. Everyone was so nice and enjoying a glass of wine while getting your nails done is that little something extra that pushes them over the top! They take walk ins and have later hrs which is also nice because nothing is rushed. read more

I strongly don't recommend this place, sanitation is not their strong suit. The owner has an attitude and god forbid you point out a mistake, she may argue the point, but she will fix it, but not without copping that attitude. I also suspected, wondered, why the daughter and her friend had not posted their licenses, was it because they never finished beauty school? read more

This salon is under new management. Heather has been doing nails for 19 years and is a real artist at it. It's best to make an appointment, especially if you have a large group. The pedicure bowls are clean and they use liners for each pedicure. They are reasonably priced and even serve adult drinks. read more

We made reservations 6 months ago for my daughter's wedding. We booked 4 dip manicures, one manicure no polish one with and 6 gel pedicures. They were very short staffed, only had one lady to do dip and 2 men doing everything else. It took us over three hours. It's not a relaxing vibe and they kept taking walk ins which set us back more! I did add one person for a standard mani/pedi two days prior but they said no problem. They don't really speak English except for the manager. They had to completely redo one of my feet, didn't exfoliate or anything for anyone. The manias were not good and I had to file my own nails. The only reason I didn't get really upset is because the bride was satisfied and I didn't want to cause a lot of stress on the day. All the bridesmaids were kind but not thrilled but they too let it go. DO NOT use this salon! Like I said, they knew what this was for and we booked months in advance. Awful experience read more

L. and I do not agree with anything that she has stated. Do not let that one review persuade you from booking with Erica! I have been going to see Erica for about 3 years. She is one of the best nail techs I have ever been too. She keeps her work space extremely clean. Her quality of work is top notch. I get gel on my nails, and regular polish on my toes. She does have her own private room which makes it nice when the salon is busy. She has a TV that you can watch while getting your toes done and always has nice calming music playing. While she did an acceptable job, the experience lacked the warmth and personal connection I've come to expect. For me, building rapport with clients is an important part of great customer service. Today, when I called to cancel my upcoming appointment, the person at the front desk was unexpectedly rude. That interaction was the final straw, so I asked that all of my future appointments be canceled. After nine years of loyalty, I'm sad that it has come to this. Letting go of an exceptional technician and following it with poor customer service has completely changed my impression of the salon. It's disappointing to leave, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been coming to this salon for 2 years. The best in the Oro Valley/Tucson area. Brandon and Jenny are extremely friendly and always ensure that you are happy with the services before you leave. The only shop in the area that offers nails, pedicures, eyelash extensions, facials and henna tattoos. First in the area to offer the chrome polish. I absolutely love this salon!! read more
