Operated and owned by a pair of brothers out to make a franchise for themselves, and the customer support and service is on par with their future enterprising goals. I have smoked hookah for over five years and I a have extensively vetted out all the Bay Area hookah spots. But I have never been one to make the hookah fall over, until now. I was smoking solo outdoors my favorite combo mix: double apple lemon mint when the evening vampire mosquitos decided to feast on my short's exposed legs. And then it happened, I tipped the entire hookah flask on its side. A complete novice mistake of pulling the hose while simultaneously swatting away mosquitos. And despite feeling embarrassed, the incoming patrons asked if I was ok and volunteered to summon one of the co-owners. The owner in charge immediately came out and made sure I was ok and replaced the hookah bowl with a new fresh head of double apple lemon mint. The owner's concern for my wellbeing despite dropping coals under his outdoor adjacent sofa made me stop and appreciate his customer support and hospitality. Even though this instance was my first encounter with this particular co-owner, his professionalism and business acumen was on full display. and I can't help but compare this treatment to what I would imagine a dedicated bedside nurse would exemplify in keeping her patient's wellbeing and comfortable experience as her primary duties. Moreover, and irrespective of the customer-centric point of view of where "the customer is always right", in this instance I was wrong in handling the hookah made an obvious error. But like I said, these (brother) co-owners are professional. And they understand that the customer experience, despite hosting error prone patrons, is maintained in a manner consistent with industry best practices. So I have no doubt that this business, "Bellagio Hookah Lounge", will continue to provide excellent hookah smoking sessions by creating a warm and hospitable hookah lounging experience for smokers of all levels: from noobs to "hookah connoisseurs!" We were so excited he turned 21 so it was a big deal going into the lounge for his first time. On Apple Maps it said open, getting here the door was locked so I decided to call. They picked up & told them the situation & they said they'd open up the door right away. Standing outside for 10 min they never came so i decided to call back again, they were quick to decline my call. Super rude and inconsiderate for wasting my time like that. If they didn't want to open for the day they should've told me straight from the beginning & not having me wait outside of their door. Zero stars if I could. read more

Service really lacked here in my opinion. I drove over two hours to visit a friend and we both love to hookah. Came in and the guy didn't greet us or anything literally was waiting to order at the front counter and he was just staring at us until I spoke up. Weird. Ordered a hookah and some waters. They even started having live music every two weeks and they also had a belly dancer last time we went. My first time going to a hookah lounge so I wasn't sure what to expect. I came in with a group of 5 and we were accommodated by the front desk guy (sorry I never got your name). He was pretty helpful and recommended us to get two hookah builds as it will be better and cheaper compared to getting just one where we all share it. The flavors we ended up getting were very nice and the guy always came to give us new coals, which was nice. There was a decent amount of people during the nighttime we went and everyone was just relaxing and chatting with their group. If you are looking for a place to have a hookah sesh with some chill music vibes with your friends I do recommend to at least give this place a try. read more

I first tried this place out back in 2015. I remember we had a sesh in their outdoor patio during the day. It was a fun experience! My most recent visit was on a Saturday night around 11pm. The place is lit! The owner has an awesome attitude, sells great shisha, and a fun staff with great customer service. There was a DJ who played a good mix of songs that brought me back to the hyphy movement. Plenty of TVs and comfortable seating. Definitely will head back here when I'm out in Modesto. read more
