I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? I did not have the time try a facial or Microdermabrasion that day but now that I know they use an organic and cruelty free product will be sure to come back!

I was super lucky & added it on to my facial. It really enhanced the whole experience. Would definitely recommend wearing loose pants or something a little more chill than jeans. However, once I arrived, I was told that the filler being used is not recommended for the lips because it can migrate and travel, and that patients are often unhappy with the results and may need to have it dissolved. I found it concerning that they advertise a product for lips that they themselves do not recommend using for lips. I was then told that Juvederm would be the recommended option, but that would cost around $300. If Juvederm is the product they actually stand behind for lip injections, I feel they should simply advertise the $300 Juvederm treatment rather than advertising a $149 option that they ultimately discourage customers from using. Overall, I felt this was misleading and very much like a bait-and-switch. I wasted my time making the trip and left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable with the way the service was presented.

I wanted it done literally on my lower eye lids to treat my wrinkles, a lot of things went wrong.... - Co2 was done below my under eye lids - right before my procedure the doctor asked if I wanted to do a stronger laser, I asked if it would be longer recovery and he say a few days more and that it would look better and I would only need 2. So I agreed. - The girls assisting placed a tape over my lashes to cover my eyes. - an inexperience assistant girl started doing the procedure, as soon as she started she stopped to show the doctor something, it felt right away that something was wrong, but they continued, they move to the other eye and were whispering amongst themselves something, they changed the setting before finishing the other other eye and were done with it. - they took the tape off and ripped off some of my lashes on the tape, it was painful and careless. The girls were even giggling while trying to take off the tape. The doctor tried to act like it was normal - the doctor was in contact with me while recovering, he recommended a few things and after all failed recommendation he didn't know what to do so basically returned my money and let me on my way, told me to see a dermatologist. - It's been 7 months and my skin has not healed, I've seen a couple of doctor and under dermatology care still currently. - I've spend so much money and time trying to heal that I had not had the energy to write this review until now. - it's been an awful journey, I don't wish this on anyone. - Don't put your face in the hands of careless and untrained people.

In addition, the three people behind the desk were all on the phone assisting other patients well patient stood there waiting to check out. I finally showed the one girl my referral where it said that the procedure that I was requesting needed to be done ASAP and she scheduled me for two weeks out. I reminded her what ASAP meant, and she was able to move it up 10 days. I left the office and called another dermatology office. It was able to get in to an appointment the next day and when it was in and out in 30 minutes. Seeing a waiting room full of people is an immediate red flag to me. I imagine the wait time is pretty high. Not recommended.
