Back in September I did co2 laser under my eyes... I wanted it done literally on my lower eye lids to treat my wrinkles, a lot of things went wrong.... - Co2 was done below my under eye lids - right before my procedure the doctor asked if I wanted to do a stronger laser, I asked if it would be longer recovery and he say a few days more and that it would look better and I would only need 2. So I agreed. - The girls assisting placed a tape over my lashes to cover my eyes. - an inexperience assistant girl started doing the procedure, as soon as she started she stopped to show the doctor something, it felt right away that something was wrong, but they continued, they move to the other eye and were whispering amongst themselves something, they changed the setting before finishing the other other eye and were done with it. - they took the tape off and ripped off some of my lashes on the tape, it was painful and careless. The girls were even giggling while trying to take off the tape. The doctor tried to act like it was normal - the doctor was in contact with me while recovering, he recommended a few things and after all failed recommendation he didn't know what to do so basically returned my money and let me on my way, told me to see a dermatologist. - It's been 7 months and my skin has not healed, I've seen a couple of doctor and under dermatology care still currently. - I've spend so much money and time trying to heal that I had not had the energy to write this review until now. - it's been an awful journey, I don't wish this on anyone. - Don't put your face in the hands of careless and untrained people. read more

I bought Semaglutide. When I request for another vial there was a shipment delayed for two weeks which I can understand. Yesterday I got a call from them at 12:01 pm saying they received shipment and one vial is reserved for me to pick up. So, I called them to let them know I was in my way to pick it up and was told someone from the staff had given my reserved vial to another client. I called and spoke to someone higher from the company , she said we only received half shipment and that is why I didn't get mine. These women's are LIARS. now I am going in to three weeks without my shots. When I asked for the price for a vial so I can purchase another vial to fill the gap of without shots for three week and was told -we only sells buy package! Really? Purchased a pre-paid package for 12 infusions of Meyer's Cocktail IV treatment with glutathione push. Unfortunately for me, shortly after purchasing this package for a few thousand dollars, Hollywood Med Spa closed their N. Scottsdale location. I tried to schedule at the Paradise Valley location and was told that changes to AZ's laws regarding who is licensed to administer IV medications was making it difficult to find a healthcare professional that could administer the IV treatment. Waited a few months until a new person could be found and hired. Scheduled another infusion once they were back up and running. Spent some time in the hospital due to underlying medical conditions which the IVs were supposed to help alleviate. Once I was out, I tried to schedule another treatment and found to my surprise that ownership had changed and that Hollywood Med Spa no longer offers IV treatments. Unfortunately for me, they also don't issue refunds for services that they no longer provide. I believe I was able to use 4 or 5 of the 12 treatments I paid for up front. I'm not sure what the legal ramifications are when a business owner refuses to provide the product/service for which the customer paid and offers no refund? I do know it definitely is not a great business practice for organizations that wish to convey a strong sense of good will towards their customers. I was offered credit for all manner of hair removal, dermal fillers, and weight loss treatment. But that's not what I paid for and is not what I would have purchased originally. My medical situation is such that I benefit from the IV treatments which I originally purchased. I will now need to seek them elsewhere without the benefit of a refund for services promised but not delivered. I would think twice before you consider utilizing the offerings from this provider. read more

I just had the worst experience here. Bought a discounted service & thought I would try out a local company. Very snotty receptionist, intrusive questions on paperwork for new patients (even ask who your cell service is), 2 pages of legalese & arbitration clauses (not a good start), and a photo policy that says not agreeing to take photos doesn't affect medical services. Except it does. I was told I had to agree to having my photo taken before they would perform services. Never had to run through this red tape for same service before. I would rather pay full price at a different spa than return to this place. Empty parking spots and lobby should tell them something is wrong with their way of doing business. Extra star is for Crystal, who was the only pleasant person in the place. read more

From start to finish this was the most welcoming, warm environments I have been in. I was a bit nervous, I had never had a Iv placed anywhere other than a medical / hospital setting. The staff was understanding and listened to me when I advised them I was a "hard poke ". The Iv was placed perfectly with no issue at all. The room that you are placed in to wait while your little bag of magic does it's thing is super comfortable with options to watch Netflix or just relax. I decided to go with the meyers cocktail option ( I have been on my death bed all week ) with a extra bag of hydration. I do have to say I see a significant difference in myself today. From the moment that I walked in, I was the priority. Plus, she has complete product knowledge. So, moving onto Sarah. She is a great advertisement for the med spa...flawless. Sarah educated me on their procedures. She doesn't sell, she educates. With her trained eye, she makes suggestions.
