Had a chance to connect with the team, ask questions, test products as well as receive and try on different skin care products! I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? I did not have the time try a facial or Microdermabrasion that day but now that I know they use an organic and cruelty free product will be sure to come back! read more

Woefully overdue in my review but I came in at the beginning of this month for my second facial. I was ecstatic to find they had the lymphatic massage available. It was absolute perfection & the best addition to the Arctic Berry Radiance facial. And of course, added the dermaplane. The lymphatic massage is so incredibly relaxing. I was so excited when I learned they had one of these. I had been wanting to try one of these but couldn't find the right place. It was such a lovely surprise & I couldn't wait to try. I was super lucky & added it on to my facial. It really enhanced the whole experience. Would definitely recommend wearing loose pants or something a little more chill than jeans. Don't misunderstand, it was still awesome, even with the jeans. I would imagine it's going to be even better next time. It's already been added to my next appointment. You should definitely add this to your appointment. The Arctic Berry Radiance facial was unbelievable. It was so refreshing & my skin soaked it all up. This is a seasonal facial & according to the website, "This treatment includes an Artic Berry Enzyme to refine pores, even skin tone, and improve collagen production all while protecting against environmental stressors. The Hibiscus treatment in this service firms and lifts the skin and increases elasticity while plumping the skin for a more firm and toned appearance." Absolutely a MUST before it rotates out of season!! Breahna was AH-MAZING! She's so nice & friendly. Easy to chat with & incredibly skilled. This really is such an awesome place. Came in for a facial after having attending a spectacular Yelp event in support of women owned businesses and was welcomed with big smiles at the counter. They were so welcoming and it was just after they opened for the day which was nice because everyone was so chipper and happy with the morning and it just felt like a perfect time to get a facial. I went with the collective facial and loved my experience and my face felt brand new afterwards. It was relaxing and soothing and just wonderful. I think next time I'll try a hydra facial and also maybe opt in for some extras like the LED light therapy, Gua sha sculpt, or decollatege care. But I'd also like to try some more of their other options, like lymphatic massage or an extended scalp massage. This is a place where you can do a monthly membership and get a facial (or other) monthly which is an awesome deal because it's so easy to forget to schedule for your self care. Why not get it at a discount and regularly? I think prices are reasonable and of course even more so with the membership that you can get. As the name implies, this is a place that focuses on different types of facial treatments. The cheapest one being $65 and most expensive facial being $230. You can get a monthly membership for $99 per month which gives you discounts on all treatments and gives you a facial a month or any other treatment where you pay the difference. In addition to facials, they also offer microneedling, peels, botox, injectables, and a lymphatic massage. For whatever reason, I can't find the lymphatic massage option on their online booking page anymore so maybe they stopped it. Either way, I tried out an express facial with a lymphatic massage. The lymphatic massage only covers your legs. To save on time, my consultant did the lymphatic massage and facial at the same time. It was an educational experience and she recommended me several skincare options which I ended up buying. They sell some really high quality products here and I appreciated that the prices here are the same as the Eminence online store. read more

Such an amazing experience at Facial Collective. Melissa, the owner, was there when I walked in. They opened just a few months ago and are a women owned business! I filled out an iPad questionnaire to outline my skin concerns and then was taken back for my treatment! The entire place is spotless and clean and sanitary practices were followed throughout the entire facial. My esthetician guided be through every step of the way as it was my first facial.
