my third appointment for fillers w Alessia. I had called and scheduled to resolve asymmetrical result from the first two vials. Alessia argued w me first stating that she could not see any difference at all which escalated to yelling in the waiting room telling me I am asymmetrical and wanted free product and was too cheap only allowing one vial at a time. her manager chimed in to insult me as well. in reality I opened 6 k to spend at my first visit and bought 2 vials the first day. Alessia insisted I do only one and come back the following week to inject the second- I did as requested but one side was very visibly different. I have been to 3 or 4 med spas over the past 10 years never have I had such poor results and been insulted to boot. so I'm 54 now and noticing some lines around my eye area. I asked them what the best treatment would be for that and they assured me that their Nitrogen Plasma Skin Tightening service was comparable to surgery and would completely tighten up the skin around my eyes and I would look 10 years younger instantly and with only 1 treatment. So I endured this very painful procedure where they basically are burning the skin around your eyes to a crisp. you walk out with scaps everywhere. you wont want to leave your house for at least 5 days. it's now been 2 weeks and I'm completely healed, and do not even look 1 day younger. I would actually say that I look older but the skin is still very dry and dehydrated and I'm sure once I can moisturize enough, I'll look how I did before the procedure. don't waste your money on this, you will be very disappointed! oh they also told me that it would remove some pigmentation and it didn't work on that either. read more

Originally I bought a Groupon for Botox and some treatment (that I never got). I signed up for the $99/month package. You get 40 units 3 times a year, which was fine. I haven't been thrilled with my botox. It's a lot more botox than I have ever used before, but my results weren't what I used to get. My eyelids were droopy unlike my last girl I went to. I only left my last girl because she got out of the business. I wanted to give it one more try. When I got there, they required me to sign up for another year or pay for the session all at once. I think it would have been nice to know that prior. I thought I had another session. Anyway, due to Covid and them being shut down, I don't feel I got my money's worth over time. Even though I showed up, I got an email saying that they are charging me for no-showing. Also, I was told I would benefit from a service called Sculptra. It's 3 treatments for well over $1,000. I paid for the first one right away and tried it out. The second time I was hesitant because I saw zero results. They forced me to pay prior to my appointment even though I wasn't sure it was working. It's just annoying. I opted not to do the third treatment because I didn't notice anything at all. Regarding the office systems in place ... it is extremely difficult to cancel an appointment. I've been cancelled on last minute multiple times, but that's okay for them to do it. But if I cancel last minute, it's a fee. And, almost every time, they call to change/move my appointment the day before. I'm not really fond of the staff usually. They don't really want to help or problem solve. It just constantly feels like they are sucking money out of me. I will say the office is really nice and easy to get to. Despite having been a customer here for many years I was charged $50 for canceling what would have been a $69 customer loyalty facial. I had a severe rash on my neck and lower face and having the facial would have been impossible. I cancelled 7 hours before the appointment but they refused to use good business sense. Amateurs. Addendum!!!! Since posting this earlier today I was contacted by the spa and told they would not charge my card if I took down this review. After checking in you'll sign multiple client intake forms so try to come early. Another client in the waiting area mentioned that she's a frequent visitor to Annette, my esthetician for the day, and simply raved about her service. I just had an RFCSR with Mikki, and my skin looks gorgeous...It is absolutely flawless! It is called "Photoshop for the Face," and no kidding - it really is. I will be 51 next week, and my skin hasn't looked this good since I was in my late 20's or early 30's. What I also love is that there is literally no downtime. You can wear makeup after 24 hours of having it done, and I had very little redness. It is virtually painless - I knew it was being done, but I didn't feel anything. If I did feel something while it was done, it was very mild and it didn't hurt at all. I am hooked on this and I plan to do this forever!! Mikki is just the best. I wanted to like this spa, but after thinking about my experience here, it wasn't too relaxing for me overall. My friend and I went here for spa week, and booked our appointments online more than a month in advance. We both got confirmation e-mails for our appointments. Well, when we got here, my appointment was in the schedule, but my friend's appointment was not! Despite checking the system for her name, e-mail, and other information, she was not in the computer at all. Luckily, one of the aestheticians was available for our time slot so she was still able to get a facial done at the same time. My facial itself was nice and relaxing, but what wasn't so relaxing was having the aesthetician do a sales pitch about their memberships. "How much do you pay for facials now? Are they high quality? What process do they use? How far away is the facility? How would you feel if you could get facials at a reasonable price here every month?" I also wasn't thrilled that one of the first things she remarked to me was "You don't have an accent" (My parents were born in Taiwan and I was raised in the U.S., but since I look Asian apparently this means I'm automatically not American or shouldn't have an American accent?) She was also chatty, but in a negative way, complaining a lot about her life. About half-way through there was a nice silence and I could enjoy the spa treatment. When it was time to check-out, I was pressured again to join the membership. I remarked that I would have to wait because I have a lot of bills to pay off this month, and I was again pressured to put down a small down payment and then pay off the rest over a few months (Something that was mentioned at the start of the treatment as well). The aesthetician did a very thorough and detailed job. I've never had microdermabrasion done and after the treatment my skin does feel a lot smoother. However, the pressure to join the membership, the aesthetician's gauche comments, and the missing appointment for my friend's facial make me wary to frequent this establishment again. read more

Like many in the valley, I have managed my wrinkles with injections. I joined the Botox club just over a year ago. The amount of filler required seems higher than before but I understand that they may dilute more and it hasn't posed a problem since I don't really exceed the allotted limit. Occasionally, there is a small bruise or drooped eyebrow. Never before have I had a black eye. That's right... a full black shiner just in time for New Years. I left the spa yesterday with a dark spot below mask level that was expected to reduce in puffiness but would bruise--I never expected it to advance beyond what coverup can handle. I emailed a photo into the clinic this morning with my dissatisfaction. No reply was received. Everyone that has seen me thus far has wanted to know where I went so That they can be avoided. Nobody has ever seen a black eye from Botox or other like-kind injectibles! I have dinner for NYE and my husbands' birthday party! Thanks Beautify spa--you aren't living up to your name! I'm a bit confused why you would be surprised since I told you and I wrote you before writing a review but all the same--thank you for FINALLY apologizing for the damage to my face. As my final email outlines, at this point, I'm not interested in your petty offering to amend: a facial and light treatment. This was handled unprofessionally and with negligence. Your review response is as dismissive as your emails to me. Let reviewers decide for themselves. Out of full transparency, I am including all email interactions between your hospital and myself. I had a facial with Ginger and she suggested I see a dermatologist about a little crusting on my upper lip. I followed her advice, and I am so very very thankful for her suggestion because the dermatologist said it was pre-cancerous.
