I have been very happy with bellagios nail lounge, the service has always been friendly and they always make sure your happy with the work they have done, They have a small drinks menu and you can get a non alcoholic drink, or alcoholic for free. Recently this nail salon has changed ownership, and not for the best. We went to get pedicures and a manicure. They lacked help and some of the ladies appeared not to know what to do a pedicure. Some of the staff were not dresses appropriate (mini skirts showing everything below). We were not impressed at all. Things have changed and not for the good. read more

The gals name who provided the inferior service is Kaitlyn. Don't accept her if you go there. This morning I called and spoke to the manager and told her about the service. I asked for a refund being I never got the manicure. She said they did not give refunds but offered a 50% discount on my next service. She really thinks I would go back. No thank you! Got a pedicure and a manicure with my friends and was able to be seated together as well as completed all services at about the same time. The staff was a little immature/unprofessional as they were joking and laughing the entire time. I really love this spot. I won't go anywhere else in town. Best pedicures, best customer service. I've come here a handful of times and they are consistently fabulous. Today I was stuck by a train so I called and they were so kind about it. My pedi didn't feel rushed, even though I was late, and the foot massage was next level. Wish I could leave 0 stars. I drove 45 minutes to this salon. Paid over $75 for a pedi with the extra $20 for gel polish. That was around 1pm yesterday. Today by 8am one toe polish has already came off! Outrageous they expect me to inconvenience myself further by returning sometime next week to " go above and beyond and correct the mistake" .... Was it really so crazy for me to expect the bare minimum of this $20 gel polish to stay on past 24 hours? How do I know I won't have to go right back the next day with the same issue !? read more

Went on a day during the week to avid the crowded weekend patrons. The man who did my nails was on his phone talking to someone and to me in between his conversations. The pedicure and manicure was done in less than 40 minutes and the quality was less than adequate. But I have to be honest -- the last five times I've scheduled an appointment, I've received a phone call asking to change the time because Vicky was running behind. I've always adjusted, trying to be understanding. Today, I came in for a pedicure and nail appointment I had scheduled. After finishing my pedicure, I was told by Vikky that she wouldn't be doing my nails because she didn't feel comfortable being rushed -- even though I was on time and she was actually starting on her 5:00 appointment instead of having it rescheduled like originally planned. I share this not out of anger, but out of disappointment. My time matters too, and it's hard to continue supporting a business when consistency and communication have become an ongoing issue. I also had my daughter with me a toddler and she was so patient with her and she tried to work as quick as possible. She was very sweet and so was the other Staff.
